Access Sharing
Hover over your knowledge base, click the three dots, select Share, then Invite

Remove user permissions
Select user permissions dropdown and click Remove.

Remove workspace access
Click dropdown at workspace level and select Remove.

Step 1: Access your knowledge base
Hover over your knowledge base to reveal options.
Step 2: Open sharing options
Click the three dots icon.
Select Share, then click the Invite tab.
Step 3: Remove user permissions
Select the permissions dropdown for the user.
Select Remove.
Step 4: Remove access at workspace level
Click the dropdown at the workspace level.
Select Remove to revoke access.
