TL;DR
Navigate to the Doc where you want the tutorial.

Step 1: Open the target doc
Sign in to your workspace.
Navigate to the document where you want the video tutorial to live.
Confirm you have edit access.
Step 2: Upload the video
In the editor footer, click Upload a video.
The upload panel will open.
Verify supported formats:
.mp4,.mov,.webm.
Step 3: Add your file
Drag and drop the video into the panel or click Add to select it.
The progress bar appears and starts filling automatically.
Keep the tab open until the upload reaches 100 %.
Step 4: Let the InstantDocs AI process
Once the upload finishes, processing begins immediately
The AI extracts key frames (images) and action clips (GIFs).
It transcribes the video into numbered, step-by-step instructions and embeds the playable video at the top.
Step 5: Review and share
When processing completes, the doc refreshes with the new content.
Edit any text or image if needed.
Hit Publish (or Save Draft) to share the polished video doc with your team or customers.
