Getting Started with the Knowledge Hub

Filter, verify, and update Docs in the Knowledge Hub.

Filter Docs

Select the Filters in your Knowledge Hub to find Docs that need updates.

Request verification

Assign a new owner, request verification, and submit.

Let's Do It Together!

Step 1: Filter Docs

  1. Click the State Filter and select Modified.

  2. Use the Quick Status buttons at the top to filter your docs accordingly.

Step 2: Request Verification

  1. Click the Verify button.

  2. Hover over Owner and select the new owner.

  3. Clear the current status, request verification, and leave a comment.

  4. Click Submit.

The owner will be notified that verification has been requested.

Step 3: Flag Outdated Docs

  1. Hover over the Verified button for the out-of-date article.

  2. Select it and assign the owner to the previous creator or the person who needs to be assigned.

  3. Hover over Flag as outdated, leave a comment, and click Submit.

The current Doc owner will be notified that the Doc is outdated and needs updating.
