TL;DR
Select the Filters in your Knowledge Hub to find Docs that need updates.
Assign a new owner, request verification, and submit.

Step 1: Filter Docs
Click the State Filter and select Modified.
Use the Quick Status buttons at the top to filter your docs accordingly.

Step 2: Request Verification
Click the Verify button.
Hover over Owner and select the new owner.
Clear the current status, request verification, and leave a comment.
Click Submit.
The owner will be notified that verification has been requested.

Step 3: Flag Outdated Docs
Hover over the Verified button for the out-of-date article.
Select it and assign the owner to the previous creator or the person who needs to be assigned.
Hover over Flag as outdated, leave a comment, and click Submit.
The current Doc owner will be notified that the Doc is outdated and needs updating.
