Get Started with the AI Video Editor

With our video editor, you can easily enhance your videos using AI, add professional-quality voiceovers, trim and arrange clips, highlight key moments, and apply custom effects to create polished, engaging content all in one place.

Tip: When recording for your video articles, make sure to speak in a steady, clear, step-by-step format so the AI can generate your script accurately. This will make the editing process smooth. Avoid speaking and navigating the screen too fast or too slow!

*Open your Doc within your Knowledge Base. *Access the AI Video Editor by hovering over the Video window and clicking "Edit".

Work with Video Timelines

Edit your video timeline to fine tune your final product.

Trim clips, and effects.
Click and drag the bars on the timeline to reposition your clips and elements.
Play the video back to ensure your edits are smooth and everything is aligned

WARNING: If you trim or split the main video clip, all Sync and Pause markers, as well as the voiceover, will be removed. It’s best to handle trimming or splitting as your very first step if needed. In some cases, starting a fresh video may actually be faster than spending time on long, complex edits.

NOTE: Generate and sync your Voiceover before editing the Video Timeline. This helps keep everything aligned and avoids extra adjustments later.

Tip: Make sure to save your video before making big edits to your video just in case you want to revert back to the original. Click "File → Save" to save your changes, or click the Back button to discard all your changes to start from fresh.

Click generate to add an AI voice to your video script.
Edit your AI generated script manually.

NOTE: Make sure your video script is grammatically correct before generating the voiceover. It will read exactly what’s written. Use the Rewrite button if you’d like AI to polish the video script for you.

Select your elements in the timeline to edit them.
Use the toolbar above the video window to edit your element, or right click the element in your video timeline for additional options.

Ensure that your effects are layered correctly in the timeline so that each one is visible and displays as intended.”
