Open workspace menu and click on "Download extension"
Click Download Chrome extension to jump to the Chrome Web Store.

Add to Chrome
On the store page, click Add to Chrome.

Confirm install
In the prompt, click Add extension to finish installing.

Pin the extension
Click the puzzle icon and pin InstantDocs to your toolbar.

Start recording
Click the InstantDocs icon to open the recorder and begin capturing.

Step 1: Download the Chrome Extension /
On the InstantDocs dashboard, open the Workspace menu (top-left).
Click Download Chrome extension.
And you will be redirected to the Instant Docs Chrome Web Store.

Step 2: Add the extension to Chrome
Click Add to Chrome.
In the permission dialog, click Add extension to confirm.

Step 3: Pin the extension for quick access
Click the Extensions (puzzle) icon in the Chrome toolbar.
Click the pin next to InstantDocs to keep it visible.

Step 4: Start your first recording
Navigate to any website or product that you wish to record.
Click the InstantDocs icon.
Allow Screen (and optional Microphone) permissions if prompted.
Select Tab/Window/Entire Screen, then click "Record Button" to start.

How do I verify the InstantDocs Chrome extension is installed and enabled?
Click the Extensions (puzzle) icon → click the pin next to InstantDocs. The InstantDocs icon should appear in the toolbar.
How can I manage permissions for the InstantDocs Chrome extension
Right click on the extension icon in toolbar -> Manage extension -> Site settings → set Microphone to Allow. Reopen the extension.
