Step 1: Select Workspace
Click on the extension to open the recording options.
Select the Knowledge Base you want to record from the list.

Step 2: Set Recording Preferences
Choose your recording language from the options available.
Select your preferred microphone for recording.

Step 3: Start Recording
Click on the record button.
Select the screen, tab, or window you wish to record.
Your recording will now start, capturing your actions on screen.

Step 4: Manage Your Recording
Click the extension again to pause the recording.
Click resume to continue if needed.
Click discard to delete the recording and start over if you are not satisfied.
Click finish to upload and process your video.
Your video will be processed, creating a Doc with images, GIFs, and steps included.

Step 5: Review Your Document
Wait for the processing to complete.
Your document with images, GIFs, and video will be ready for you to use.
You have successfully created a tutorial document!
