Click Workspace and select Settings.

Go to Billing
Select the Billing tab.

Manage Knowledge Base
Click Manage in Knowledge Base under Add Ons.

Add Knowledge Base
Click the + button and Save Preferences.

Confirmation
Your Knowledge Base limit has increased.

Step 1: Access Workspace Settings
Click the Workspace button in the top left corner.
Select Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Select the Billing tab.
Step 3: Manage Add-ons
Scroll to Addons in the Billing and Pricing Overview tab.
Click the Manage button in Knowledge Base.
Step 4: Add Additional Knowledge Base
Click the + button to add your additional Knowledge Base limit.
Click Save Preferences now.
Your additional Knowledge Base has been added successfully.
Note: The billing total adjusts for next month's billing cycle as you increase your KB add-ons.
