Step 1: Use the Duplicate Button
Hover over the Doc in your dock.
Click the three dots and select Duplicate.
This action will create an exact copy of your Doc.

Step 2: Duplicate from the Dock
Open your dock.
Navigate to the top right corner and click the three dots.
Select Duplicate from the menu.
You will now have a duplicate of your existing article.

Step 3: Verify the Copy
Check the Knowledge Base navigation panel on the left.
Look for the copy indicator in the Doc title.
This indicates that it is a copy of the original Doc.

FAQ
Can I duplicate multiple documents?
Duplication works for one Doc at a time. Bulk duplication isn’t available, but you can duplicate entire Knowledge Bases, Sections, or Collections by hovering over them, clicking the three dots, and selecting Duplicate. This copies the entire structure and all the content inside.
Is the copy editable?
Yes, the duplicate can be edited independently.
