Step 1: Access Sharing Options
Hover over your knowledge base.
Click the three dots, then select Share.

Step 2: Choose Access Level
Full Access - allows creating, editing, deleting, commenting, and sharing of KB content (KB, sections, collections, docs).
Writer Access - allows creating, editing, and commenting but not deleting and sharing of KB content (KB, sections, collections, docs).
Reader Access - allows viewing and commenting only.
Guests - can access the customer-facing knowledge base without workspace membership.

Step 3: Invite to the Knowledge Base
Click the Invite field and select from existing invites.
Alternatively, enter the email directly.
Select an access level, then click the Invite button.

Invitation not received
Check the email address for typos or ask the invitee to check their spam folder.

What can Guests do?
Guests can view the knowledge base without workspace membership, but they can't join the workspace and edit Docs.
Can Writers share the knowledge base?
No, Writers cannot share the knowledge base.
How do I invite people to my knowledge base?
Hover over your knowledge base, click the three dots, and select Share, then Invite. From here, you can invite people and set their level of access.

There are four roles you can assign:
- Full Access: Create, edit, comment, and share the knowledge base.

Do members need to join the workspace?
Anyone with Full Access, Writer, or Reader roles is added to your workspace automatically. Guests do not need to join the workspace.
