Get help from one of our specially-trained Thrive Programme Coaches

Each version of the programme is designed as a self-help, home-study course, for you to undertake on your own.

However, being coached through the programme by one of our specially-trained experts can help you get the absolute most out it...

Why use one of our coaches?

Though all of our manuals are designed so that an individual can work their way through the programme on their own, success is usually quicker, easier and greater, with the help and support of one of our coaches. The journey to thriving is also usually smoother, calmer and more predictable with a coach to guide you - they can help you navigate the bumps and hurdles.

Why is that?

Having someone by your side - every step of the way - just makes everything easier, simpler and  - because you feel more confident - less stressful. Our Coaches also have access to a host of extra support videos, exercises and materials which aren't available elsewhere.

What's it like, having a coach?

Well, The Thrive Programme® is not therapy... it's a training course and your relationship with your coach will be like your relationship with, say, a personal trainer. Think of them as a supportive friend, who just happens to be an expert in helping people learn to thrive. Unlike your normal friends though, your Coach won't collude with you, they won't accept your excuses, they will challenge you and push you, and they will get you to really work hard - that's what you'll be paying them for.

Most people find the sessions with their Coach to be fun, inspiring, exciting and challenging.

The only regret we ever hear is: 'I wish I'd done this years ago'!

What exactly will a coach do for me?

Your coach's job is to help you get as much from the programme as you possibly can... to get as much benefit from it as possible. Here are some of the things your coach will do:

  • Help you to fully embed all the learning within the programme
  • Help you to apply all the exercises, actions and other techniques
  • Help you to understand your TQ Report, and show you what you need to do to improve your scores
  • Show you how to process your positives effectively, even if you're a perfectionist!
  • Show you how to manage your day-to-day emotional reactions
  • Teach you how to cope with stressful situations, whilst managing your thinking and maintaining perspective
  • Encourage you to set and achieve specific goals
  • Help you to overcome any specific symptoms you have
  • Help you to optimise all of your thinking habits
  • Help you to create powerful, helpful beliefs
  • Help you to live in the present, and forget about the past
  • Basically, to hold you accountable, make sure you're putting the effort in, and ultimately, support you in getting yourself thriving!

How often are the sessions?

You'll probably meet once a week - either face-to-face or online - for about an hour. Most people only need 6-8 sessions to get through the whole programme.

Because TTP is a specific, complete, full 'overcome your mental health issues and get yourself thriving' programme, and there are various components within it - all of which need to be addressed if you want to get yourself thriving - you'll go through the whole programme with a Coach... you won't go just for a few sessions 'here and there'. If you sign up with a Coach, you're signing up to go through the whole programme, week by week, for 6-8 weeks.

It's not like therapy where you never know what the goal is, or where the finishing line is, The Thrive Programme is like a very clear mapped-out journey: there's a start, a middle and an end, and your Coach will always keep you fully informed as to where you are on your journey. If you're off-track, they'll show you how to get back on track.

What next?

You can either have nosy around our Coach Gallery below and find yourself a Coach you'd like to meet for a free intro chat or complete our 'Find Me a Coach' form and we'll do the legwork for you.  Either way the first thing you'll do is have a free initial meeting/chat with your Coach of choice, and see whether you gel with them. If you don't, we'll help find you one that you will gel with.

During this initial chat you can ask your Coach any questions you have, and they'll explain the process of going through the programme with them. There's no hard-sell, you can go away and think about it after your meeting, and later let the Coach know if and when you want to start.

One thing is certain: if you choose a Coach, make the commitment and throw yourself into the programme, your life is going to start to change quite dramatically, for the better.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost of going through the programme with a Thrive Programme Coach starts at £895.00*.

All Thrive Programme Coaches have completed our unique Training Course, and receive regular on-going training, mentoring and supervision. They are the only professionals, with a strict code of practice, trained to deliver our unique programme.
