Where are you based? I am based in South West London and I can teach you to Thrive regardless of your location as I run my sessions online (Zoom, skype, Google Hangouts or FaceTime).
What do you love about The Thrive Programme? It’s so empowering, easy to understand and everything is backed up by evidence. The programme offered me a unique skillset which is not taught anywhere else; packaged in a very straightforward and fun format. It’s very similar to riding a bike: once you acquire the skill, you can’t forget it. I also love the fact that people will discover it for a specific symptom and walk away with such self-awareness that their overall quality of life improves.
What did you do before you became a Coach? I worked in online advertising and social media marketing for clients and agencies as well as being involved in start-up businesses. I always enjoyed helping people – family, friends, charities, colleagues and even random strangers. After completing The Thrive Programme myself, I realised I can make a difference by teaching others how to Thrive, therefore I trained to become a coach myself.
What do you do when you're not working? First and foremost, dancing. I love Zumba and Salsa, dancing with a local group of dance fitness enthusiasts every week. I am also a passionate gardener and cook. Learning so much through trial and error (and a few dead cactuses), I can now grow many fruits and vegetables. One of the things I really enjoyed growing, cooking and then eating is corn. It tastes so much better when you just harvest and cook on the same day. I am also a keen DIY-er; or at least I would like to think I am. Through lots of YouTube videos and asking around, I’m painting and decorating my house room by room. I always thought I can’t sing but after going through The Thrive Programme I know that I was the only one putting that limit on myself. Therefore, I now sing as much as I can and would also like to get singing lessons, do you know a good teacher? I love the world and the cultural rainbow it offers; I enjoy travelling and talking to people as everyone has a very interesting story to tell.
An interesting fact? I was born in Istanbul which is a city spread across 2 continents surrounded by 3 seas. One of the languages I speak is Western Armenian which is unfortunately an endangered language having roots from the 5th century. I successfully grew melons in the UK – they aced all 5 senses except one... taste!
Anything else? I love helping people. Coming from a family with teachers and doctors who care about community and people, caring for others is in my DNA (quite literally). People around me would define me as friendly and approachable. Contact me for a complimentary 1-hour session today, to talk about what you want to achieve or just a general chit chat over a cup of coffee. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to Thrive!
What languages do you speak? English.
Do you see clients online or face-to-face? Online only.
What time zone are you in? London GMT winter/BST summer.
What are your working hours? Please contact me to discuss further.
