Via easy-to-follow exercises - and supported by 'explainer videos' and other resources - you'll then start to build up all your natural emotional and psychological skills and habits to the point where you feel powerful, confident and strong.

- THE TQ 'THRIVE QUOTIENT' QUIZ -
The backbone of the Teenage and Adult variations of the programme, and the thing that really helps to make great results very predictable for you, is our TQ Quiz. We created this assessment tool to accurately measure all the different psychological, emotional and behavioural components that contribute to your mental health and your 'sense of power and control' over your life (agency). We call all these different components together your 'thriving skillset'.
You'll complete this at the beginning, middle and end of your training, so you will clearly see:
- What your starting point is: just where your skillset stands at the start. You'll see what elements of your beliefs, thoughts and feelings are helping and empowering you, and which ones you could build up, in order to improve. The average overall TQ Score when starting the training is 46%, and at the end, this has risen to 88%
- How the different elements within your thriving skillset interact with each other. For example, your self-esteem is very closely connected to the amount of social confidence you have... when one improves, you'll see the other improve at the same rate. You'll also start to clearly recognise how any 'unhelpful thinking' you experience is driven by certain beliefs that you hold, and if you change those beliefs, the thinking - and associated stress - stops.
- What is your finish point at the end of the six weeks? Don't worry if the phrase 'finish point' sounds a little final... learning to thrive is like learning to ride a bike... once you've learned to, you never forget, and you continue to keep building your new skills every day.
There are 220 items/questions within each TQ Quiz, and these produce 460 individual bits of data that we automatically produce and email to you as your twelve-page TQ Report.
In order to be as helpful and empowering to you as possible, the data is presented to you and explained in an easy-to-understand way.

Anyone and everyone! The programme was created specifically to empower people with the skills, resources and knowledge to build personal agency. As such, everyone would benefit from going through this training.

- HOW DOES IT WORK? -

It's a study-at-home training course that takes most people about six weeks to complete. You will probably start to feel more powerful within a few days of starting, but the real changes come after the six-week learning/training period, when you begin to apply your new skills to different areas of your life, forming new habits.

The programme itself is contained within your Manual, but we'll also send you several videos which will help bring the content to life, and support you on your exciting and liberating journey. You can access the Videos - as well as your TQ Quiz - on any smartphone, tablet or computer.
Each day you'll read a few pages of your manual, maybe watch a short video, and then complete some exercises that will help embed your newfound knowledge and any changes you are making. Every day you'll be building on what you learned and practised the day before, and very quickly you'll start to feel the benefits.

At the end of the 6-week learning period, you'll take your TQ Quiz again, and you'll clearly see in what areas you have changed and in what areas you might still need to do a little work. Either way, it's all VERY clear, and you'll be left in no doubt.
