Where are you based? I work from Maidstone, Kent, UK but most people I see prefer to use an online method such as Zoom, Skype etc. as they prefer to communicate from the comfort of their own home without the need to travel. The choice is yours however and I look forward to meeting with you and helping you getting the most from this wonderful programme.
What do you love about The Thrive Programme? I clearly remember being taken through the manual by my coach. I was enthralled by it; how easy it was to take in and how interesting it was to find out how my mind works. I remember thinking 'this should be a compulsory subject at school' and everyone would benefit from going through it.
There are so many ‘light bulb moments‘ when a simple concept can change your perspective and opens up a fresh way of thinking.
The Thrive Programme has made me a happier version of myself, and of course that has a positive effect on everyone around me.
What did you do before you became a Coach? I have worked in Healthcare as a Registered Osteopath for over forty years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I came across The Thrive Programme by chance as there was a Thrive Programme Coach® working at a new clinic I had recently joined.
Through a professional interest I researched it and believed I would personally benefit from it and decided to be taken through it with a Coach. This got me thinking. So many patients I see speak of anxiety, stress and a variety of mental health issues quite openly these days, with no stigma attached, and it got me thinking again about how many people I could help.
Being so impressed I applied to become a Thrive Programme Coach® myself.
What do you do when you're not working? I enjoy a variety of activities both indoors and out. I am married with a grown up family and have three dogs and seven cats; yes, that many!
These activities often involve walking on the seashore or countryside with our dogs and family members. We enjoy our garden and all that entails, planting wild flowers etc.
Personally I have always tried to keep up a degree of fitness through weight training, circuit training and a little cycling. Other activities I like are a little sea angling, clay pigeon shooting, target shooting with antique guns and a bit of archery...all great fun.
What languages do you speak? English.
Do you see clients online or face-to-face? I offer both.
What time-zone are you in? I am based in the UK so GMT time zone – BST in summer months.
What are your working hours? 9:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday
