Labels

Edit Labels in your Knowledge Base.

TL;DR

Select Knowledge Base

Hover over your knowledge base, click the three dots, and select Settings

Edit Labels
Modify header, description, feedback, and footer labels.

Save Changes
Click Save to finalize your edits.

1. Access Knowledge Base Settings

  1. Select your Knowledge Base.

  2. Click the three dots, then select Settings.

2. Edit Labels

  1. Select the Labels tab.

  2. Edit your Knowledge Base header.

  3. Edit your Knowledge Base description and the search label text.

  4. Edit the Doc Feedback text for user ratings.

  5. Edit the Footer text label.

Step 3: Save Changes

  1. Click Save to apply all your changes.

FAQ

Why don’t my Knowledge Base labels change after I edit them?

Go to Settings > Labels, make your edits, and click Save.

NOTE: If you leave without saving, your updates won’t appear.
