Pauza Stencil
A soft, rounded and pleasant monolinear sans-serif typeface, available in six weights and suitable for headlines as well as short to medium-length texts. Its design draws inspiration from Latin typefaces of the technical monoline style known as ISO, that was born to create a grid-based typeface that could be easily sketched by hand. Pauza was originally created in 2002 for the branding of an Israeli coffee supply company of the same name, and once released, it became very popular in magazines and branding projects such as Pnai Plus Magazine, HOT, NTA (Israeli transit company), Kravitz, Mey Eden, The Israel Post, and many others. The new version includes three intermediate weights, a refreshed and updated Latin set, as well as a matching stencil family, originally created at the request of Blue Collar studio, that gave the soft Pauza a technical touch and made it particularly effective for bold, playful headlines.

אספרסו הוא משקה קפה מרוכז הנוצר מחליטה באמצעות הזרמת כמות קטנה של מים על סף רתיחה ובלחץ גבוה דרך פולי קפה קלויים, טחונים ודחוסים. בזכות הלחץ שבו הקפה נחלט בשיטה זו, הקפה נוטה להכיל קצף רב שמשתנה כתלות באיכות פולי הקפה, טריותם, רמת הלחץ וסוג הידית המשמשת להכנה. כתוצאה מהליך החליטה בלחץ, הטעמים והחומרים הכימיים בכוס אספרסו רגילה מרוכזים מאוד. באספרסו מתרחש מיצוי מקסימלי של הטעמים, החומרים הכימיים והשמנים הארומטיים שבפולי הקפה, ובשל כך האספרסו משמש גם כבסיס למשקאות קפה אחרים, כגון לאטה, קפוצ'ינו, מקיאטו, קורטדו, מוקה, אפוגטו ואמריקנו.

Espresso is a concentrated form of coffee produced by forcing hot water under high pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Originating in Italy, espresso has become one of the most popular coffee-brewing methods worldwide. It is characterized by its small serving size, typically 25–30 ml, and its distinctive layers: a dark body topped with a lighter-colored foam called “crema”. Espresso machines use pressure to extract a highly concentrated coffee with a complex flavor profile in a short time.
