Open customization
Hover over Knowledge Base and click the three dots, then Customize.

Toggle branding option
Under General, toggle the remove branding option.

Save changes
Click Save to apply the branding removal.

Step 1: Access Customization
Hover over your Knowledge Base name.
Click the three dots icon.
Click Customize.
Step 2: Remove Branding
Under General, find the preferences section.
Toggle the option to remove InstantDocs branding.
Click Save to apply changes.
This will white label your knowledge base by removing all of InstantDocs logos and branding.
FAQ
Why can't I remove InstantDocs branding?
You cannot remove InstantDocs branding when you are on the Free plan. Please upgrade to a paid plan to remove InstantDocs branding from your Knowledge Base.
