Right click, select Layer and Bring Forward.

Ensure the element is in front.

Having trouble with video elements overlapping each other? Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Select Your Element
Click on the element that is covered.
Step 2: Adjust Layer Position
Right click on the element.
Hover over Layer and select Bring Forward or Bring to Front.
Your element is now positioned above others in the timeline making it visible over anything below it.
Step 3: Confirm Visibility
Check that your element is now visible in front of other elements.
