In the open field type /Video, or use the + button to select Video.

Insert Video Source
Embed a URL or upload a video file from your device.

Expand your Knowledge Base.
Select your desired Doc to Add a Video to.
Step 2: Add Video
Press / on your keyboard and type Video.
Alternatively, click the + button to the left of the open field.
Scroll down to the Media menu and click Video.
3. Add Video Source
Embed the direct video URL in the field.
Or upload a video from your device.
