Okay, so…
in a world of abundance
we have been brainwashed
into believing
in scarcity
we reinforce that belief
by telling ourselves
that things could be worse
instead of believing that things
should be better
the rich always want more
but the masses are expected
to be grateful for whatever job
they can get
even if it’s slowly killing them
the rich believe in abundance
the rest of us are expected to be grateful
for whatever we have
because we could have LESS
convincing people to be grateful for having less
is a brilliant way
to keep people grateful for nothing
to keep them from making demands
from fighting back
from living an abundant life
I’m really sick of that
since there is no need for poverty
or hunger
or lack of education
or health care
all those things are done to keep people
from rising up
from giving them a plentiful life
from threatening the power base of the rich
we need to make this a priority
in the fight against injustice
the fact that scarcity
is MANMADE
by the rich
and powerful
to keep everyone else
off balance
and poor

“So you know that whole thing some people believe, that their lord is their shepherd they don’t want?” she asked.

So, my granddaughter…
my granddaughter
met a nice guy
but said it would
never work out between them
since he didn’t have any
tattoos
😊
Nest…
as a kid
this would have been the perfect place
to have a tent
pillows
books
and snacks
it’s so beautiful
and far enough off the sidewalk
to be cozy
and good for dreaming
like a big nest
for those
who want to escape
but not go too far away

Hmmm…
so many people believe this to be true
our lives preprogramed
we are where we are supposed to be
so we can learn what we came here to learn
and if we don’t learn it
we are destined to return
to do it again
predestination
no free will
no plan “A” or “B”
just “accept” whatever
happens to us
and believe that we signed up
for all of it
we can’t know what’s real
while we are here
“you can’t read the label from inside the bottle”
(from the video I posted earlier)
there is no possible way
to know what we are all about
it’s just what each person
wants to believe
or was conditioned to believe
but none of it is real
we can’t know what’s real
still we make such a big deal
out of all of it
kill each other over
what someone thinks
or feels
perhaps the earth isn’t a prison
as some believe
perhaps it’s a mental institution
either way
there’s only one way out
at least that we know of
basically
what those beliefs are saying
is that everything that happens to us
is our own fault
because we asked for it
what they don’t say
is that no one knows exactly
what they are signing up for
before they come here
because the truth of this place
is always withheld
and if I didn’t believe that
then I would be forced to believe
we truly are all completely insane
because how can we live in a horrifically violent
world where people are tortured
children sold and killed
where women are hunted
and men feel they have the right
to destroy everything
and still
for some of us
continue to block all of that out
and live our happy little lives
never hearing the screams
of those humans and animals in pain
why don’t we stop that
instead of going to lunch
the sad answer is
men will never stop killing
unless they are genetically altered
and people will not stop eating other living beings
because they like it
and don’t care about the suffering
and people are often just mean and hateful
caring only for themselves
so we can forget living in peace
as long as humans remain human
no matter what we are
no matter how we got here
everything that’s happening
all the death and misery
all the fear and loss
all the pollution
and hunger
is happening because of
the violence of human beings
the distribution of power
greed
and the lust for power over everything
