I’m an old chicklet
who left the safety
of The Coop a long time ago
I rode here on my bike
at Holly’s request
and things across the human land
don’t look good
but I’m here to say
that with all of you
helping out
we can make a difference
we can bring peace
to those around us
we have the power of love
and empathy
on our side
Holly and I have done
what we could to help
those in need
but instead of worrying
about the human world right now
let’s just have a good time
tonight
Ethan has a list of things
you can all do to help the world
he will be by the door after the show
and one more thing
the Peace Committee
will be meeting tomorrow morning
around ten
hope to see you then
Holly will be there
but no cornbread will be available
