SubLearn offers a generous Free plan that allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Because you can try the Service at no cost, we encourage you to fully evaluate it before upgrading.
If you do subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial purchase.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to:
- Plus plan — $6.99/month
- Pro plan — $12.99/month
The 14-day window begins on the date of your first payment. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
3. After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- The account has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- The refund is for the first subscription period only (renewals are not eligible for refund).

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

All payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right of withdrawal is reflected in our standard refund policy above.
