Europe’s Anti-Civilizational Drive: Why And How

April 5, 2026

Silly anti-civilizational propaganda claims that tariffs and blockade could persuade a death cult like the Shia to suddenly turn reasonable and friendly to democracy. Seducing the Shia was tried for 47 years, and by the best and brightest, and it did not work: there were bombs in Paris (the French president then prevented the media from saying the bombing plots originated in Iran), hundreds of French and US troops were killed in mass bombings (1983), etc. Iran financed massively terrrorist groups in Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, Iraq, etc. And harbors Al Qaeda… For years, Iranian proxies have required huge and costly force deployment to keep the Red Sea (hence the Suez Canal in Egypt) somewhat open.

The Shia’s obsession is to surprise the West with nuclear 9/11s, and, after nuclear bombings some cities in the West, they would be elated to die as martyrs: the religion the Shia believe in, a hard core variant of Islam, tells them that killing all the Jews and dying as martyrs fighting for their God are the highest callings.

Bombing the Shia into the Stone Age is entirely feasible, safe and effective to prevent them from committing, or threatening to commit, mass murder with nuclear weapons.

Contrarily to what some sensationalists have pretended, aerial bombing works. It was even done to Nazi Germany, and destroyed it as a functioning country… Although at the time, bombs were extremely inaccurate. Present day accuracy has enabled air power to enforce battlefield interdiction: approaching within a few times tube range (guns) of the frontline becomes a highly dangerous military activity.

With the Shia, there is no alternative. The aim is not necessarily to destroy their missiles outright because they are the pretext for extending the bombing campaign until the true objectives are achieved.

The real aim of the bombing campaign is to destroy the Shia Defense Industrial Base. And if that is not enough to persuade them, then the DIL, Dual Industrial Base (not just the defense factories and steel mills, but also the power infrastructure).

This aerial submission of Iran to anti-nuclear rationality is also a warning for the Chinese dictator Xi to stop his aggression in the South China Sea and threats against Taiwan.

The sweet and soft method was tried by Obama with the Shia. Obama even gave them 50 billion dollars. It did not work. The Shia went on with a massive, state of the art, nuclear war preparation program. Differently from any power on Earth, while pursuing nuclear war preparations, Shia Iran was loud and clear that at least country had to be annihilated. No other country in the world has a loud and clear agenda of annihilation for another country.

In a testimony to Persia’s ancient technological prowess, the Shia even developed some weapons that no other power has. And those weapons work: consider the destruction of that US AWACS E3 plane on a distant taxiway (probably localized by Putin’s space force), or the double tap (second projectile in the hole made by the first) at the US embassy in Riyadh which ravaged with a fire that lasted hours, the CIA headquarters there.

As with Shia ally Putin, only ultimate strength works.. This is more of a world war than anything else.

European leadership, which was pro-Putin for 23 years, is now showing its true color: betraying the European civilizational heritage so that the greedsters presently in power can stay so indefinitely.

So far, in the last three decades, European leadership has betrayed Europe. Now European leadership insists on betraying the USA. It will not have any luck, because that would require too much of an assault against rationality. But the plutocratic propagandists are trying, and rationality, and now even science, are under assault.

Free speech too is cancelled: evoking an interpretation of an obscure law from 1881 CE (!), the head of the CGT, long the mightiest union in France, and close to the French Communist Party, Sophie Binet, was indicted by the French Judicial system on December 2, 2025, for saying that French bosses (business owners) are « rats qui quittent le navire… le seul objectif est l’appât du gain » (French bosses are rats leaving the ship, their only motivation is greed). The International Confederation of Trade Unions saw this unprecedented assault against Free Speech an attack against democracy in France. (Even during the terrible Franco-Algerian civil war, in the 1950s and 1960s, I do not remember a major union boss being indicted, especially for speaking; OK, they were males and Sophie is a female…)

And don’t hint that the French first lady has been a pedophile (she ensnared the president when he was 15 or so, and she was his teacher), or that she may be a man: French people have gone to prison for that. Present French leaders (and that notion of leadership includes the independent judges) have gone to extremes of ridicule not even seen under Louis XVI (the virulent caricatures of his wife and queen then were often not punished).

In the latest news from France the anti-civilizational government is putting professional anthropologists, philosophers (Michel Onfray), C News (French most watched media), and Charles Darwin on trial of sorts, and certainly to the reprobation of the nation… For saying man was a great ape (which hurts the government, presumably made of little apes, while loudly propagandizing for… Islam (this is a reference to French “interior minister” Nunez’s declarations in April 2026 which were as explicit as possible). What the present French government in 2026 did was name a “commission of experts” to apparently see what could be done against Charles Darwin’s public insults of 1871…. In a book readily available, called the “Descent of Man“. Indeed, that is an implicit insult against the Qur’an (which tells us that monkeys are actually Jews punished by Allah).

One may wonder how come the European leadership became so keen on devolution? The answer is simple: Europe was defeated in the Second World War, by the USA and its proxy, the USSR (to whom half of Europe was given at Yalta before going to make a deal with the Saudis at the Great Bitter Lake in Egypt). Superficially, France and Britain won, but they were devastated economically and financially and indebted more than ever to the true victor, the US Deep Plutocratic State which was going around the world as if it owned it, because it did, and whose brand new CIA was deciding whom, among millions of captured Nazis, could be put to good usage.

The general idea was to install in Europe the same old plutocracy as before, but now as an explicit vassal of the USA. In exchange, NATO, financed 70% by the USA would ensure the “protection” of Western Europe, just as the Kremlin ensured the protection of Eastern Europe. France rebelled, and developed her own fully independent nuclear forces and Defense Industrial Base, but that was OK: France originated much of Western civilization, including the USA and the nuclear bomb program, plus assaulted the Nazis first, so the Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations knew better than argue with the French: that could actually, at the time, lead to a detection and rejection of the entire US Plutocratic Deep State vassalization of Europe (say by having the Germans and the Brits realizing that they were had… Just as they are finally doing in 2026, in much less outrageous circumstances…).

A defeatist mentality was installed in Europe to make this mental, financial, economic, industrial and scientific submission easier and more permanent (That was done by propagandizing various impotent philosophies, such as the Absurd, so-called “Existentialism”, so-called French Theory, and even Pedocriminality, which was presented as a “liberation ideology”, the opposite of what it was, a grotesque and criminal notion fostered to precisely attack the rational centers of unsuspecting neurologies). That installation consisted in part of putting intellectuals and journalists on CIA payroll (50 most prominent journalists in France alone were put on CIA payroll in the 1950s). European plutocracy thrived under the close watch of the US Plutocratic Deep State.

Then came Putin, who extracted wealth from Russia through his patented oligarchs, sending that stolen wealth to European plutocratic oligarchic colleagues, while providing Europe with energy to create a co-dependency: this way We The People of Europe got tied in much more to the world’s plutocratic order: to have energy in Europe, one had to please the Kremlin’s tyrant and his attached oligarchs making their Western colleagues wealthier and more potent, especially as they had bought all the media, to tell We The People was was true and obvious… Energy procurement was outlawed or discouraged in Europe, to accelerate deindustrialization; for example a secret pact was made in 1999 to sabotage the French nuclear energy in all ways, between the French “Greens” (who are anything but “Green”) and the Socialist PM Jospin: that profited Putin, and the plutocratic system attached to him, as intended…

An anecdotal demonstration of this: even after Putin started to invade Ukraine in 2014, France sent crucial military equipment, for example “optronics”, infrared detection electronics, for the Russian air, missile and tank forces (while Trump was sending Javelin anti-tank missiles to Ukraine…)

The European elite has been used to living with Putin, welcoming his money, oil and gas, and hiding it in plain sight. Now they have a problem, because Ukraine, flush initially with US weapons (initially sent by Trump I, before a delayed flood from Biden…), resisted Putin. The treacherous European leadership then had to do as if they resisted Putin (while not resisting him much): appearances are everything.

Meanwhile the European left realized that more and more of the electorate had enough with their masquerade (superficial socialism over-taxing the middle class while profiting the hyper wealthy). So the self-declared “Left” made an alliance with (pseudo-) Greens and Islamists. And here we are.

***

Deindustrialization is nothing new: the Roman Republic died that way. Right, under Rome, industry was mostly agriculture, but there was great replacement of Roman independent little farmers, the backbone of Rome, by giant agribusinesses manned by armies of slaves (one latifundia could have ten thousand slaves). That broke the back of the Roman middle class, which was the spine of the Republic. It was also a conspiracy and a plot, because, starting with Tiberius Gracchus, the full theory of what was going on was exposed. And there was deliberate will, on the part of the self-described “Optimates” (they were “optimal”) to destroy the middle class and the Centuriate Assembly (Rome’s direct democracy voting assembly). Actually the rage of the Senate against Caesar was caused by him overriding the Senate (where the Optimates ruled) to go directly to the Assembly when he was Consul in 59 BCE, and do what the Gracchi and their thousands of followers, over generations, could not do: redistribution of land.

Rome died of its deindustrialization. First the army got professional, following its generals to get more money, then took power after horrendous civil wars. Then the decimated population got replaced by more placid middle easterners. In the end much of everything Roman collapsed and the Barbarians took over (fortunately the Franks had been prepared as a second foundation of Rome; yes they were armed farmers, like the original Rome, and they had learned to speak Latin).

The plutocrats though were happy: many of them stayed in power for centuries, even millennia. In the present Europe, many families in power have been that way for centuries. Paradoxically that system installed in its latest version by the USA after 1945, has now turned against the US, which needs an ally and discovers that Europe has LOST AGENCY.

Stay tuned, this is only the beginning…

MOMENTUM, BURIDAN’S PRINCIPLE; FULL RELATIVISTIC FORMULA DEDUCED FROM FAST TIME GOING SLOW

March 30, 2026

Abstract: So-Called RELATIVISTIC MASS IS A GRAVE ERROR. MASS IS AN INVARIANT. WHAT VARIES IS FAST TIME GOING SLOW. We develop more natural and fundamental axiomatics for mechanics, in the hope of elucidating the Foundations better.

We propose the following physically meaningful conceptual chain ordered by evidence:

Buridan principle
→ momentum as primitive
→ time dilation from light clocks
→ relativistic momentum

That provides a dynamical path into relativity from first principles and physical observations instead of a geometric, top down one, physically unjustified.

[This is a matter of conceptology, MSF, Most Significant Facts, not just pedagogy… It’s also a sketch, the more formal and complete Axiomatics of Relativity will appear in a separate essay.]

***

Momentum is a vector more fundamental than energy. Indeed, energy is the integral of the derivative of momentum over a spatial path, it’s a scalar (a scalar which gets replaced by a stress-energy tensor in general gravitation theory)… Momentum is also how Matter Waves are defined and there it’s derived directly from Matter Waves’ amplitude (p = hk/2π) (the resulting Feynman’s Path Integral and notation simplify Quantum Field Theory)..

Momentum P = mV (vectorial). was invented/discovered by Buridan as a definition expressing Motus Quantitas, Quantity of Motion, just as mass defines Quantity of Matter:. (Buridan called Momentum “Impetus”).

Buridan also discovered an ultra-major law,  Buridan’ Principle, tying up force, time and momentum, F(dt) = dP (vectorial)That law is more general than F = ma. From the fact that FAST TIME IS SLOW, and the classical Buridan Principle, one can demonstrate a generalization which makes the Buridan Principle RELATIVISTIC (who would have thought Buridan → Relativity?)

Defining P = m dX/ (using proper time τ) naturally yields P = m Vγ without ever needing to touch the definition of mass (a clean and clear proof).

This may have consequences for Matter Waves as those were discovered through relativistic considerations.

***

We must acknowledge the 300-year “DARK AGE” between the Oxford/Merton Calculators/Parisian “Nominalist” doctors of the 14th century and the Scientific Revolution of the 17th century imposed by the theocrats and the plutocrats (“nobles’, monarchs) they were entangled with. This explains in part why Newton is often credited with “discovering” laws that were actually “recovered.”

BURIDAN FOUND THE TWO MAIN LAWS OF MECHANICS Three Centuries Before Newton exploited them decisively:

Momentum was initially called impetus by Buridan who invented it. Later it was called “Quantity of Motion” (and is still called that way in French), a better terminology generalizing “quantity of matter” which is mass.

Buridan wanted to associate just one vector to the motion of an object of mass m and speed V where V is directional magnitude, that is a vector.

P = mV was the simplest way to do so.

Key Insight: Impetus is not self-dissipating; it persists unless diminished by external resistance. In a vacuum, an object would move indefinitely —a notion called Newton’s first law of motion by Newton’s fans, although it’s in Descartes’ Principia published in 1644, when Newton was 2..[1]

***

The concept of founding mechanics on mV turned out to work splendidly… until Gabrielle Émilie Le Tonnelier de Breteuil, marquise du Châtelet, translating Newton from Latin to French noticed that Isaac had confused mV and ½ mVV, energy, which she introduced, experimented upon, and elucidated (Lagrange and Hamilton introduced functions that energy trajectories minimized using Maupertuis’ Action Principle… He was an amused collaborator of Émilie who died from childbirth at 42…)  Two centuries after Émilie, still another Parisian, Louis De Broglie, replaced P by the gradient of the amplitude of matter waves (long story; Feynman’s career was all about that).

[The meta-reason behind the discovery of the foundations of mechanics was the Principle Of Least Reason combined with the MSFT, Most Significant Fact Theory.].

***

Buridan asserted: F (dt) = dP.

(BURIDAN PRINCIPLE; BP; it generalizes to Relativity, see below!)

Here dt is a small time interval, dP is a small variation of momentum P and F is an applied force (and also a vector).

Buridan’s Principle is more general than F = ma, in particular because it allows for varying mass.

***

Buridan did not use the equal sign, because that was invented, with the equation notation, in 1557, two centuries later. Instead Buridan wrote sentences in Latin which said exactly the same thing that an equation says in a more abbreviated form.

In particular, Buridan uses what we now call differentials, also defined verbatim as what they are, rates of change.

***

If P = mV, Buridan Principle implies F = m dV/dt = mA, where A is the acceleration vector. This is generally called the “Second Law of Mechanics”, written F = ma, and is named after Newton (Newton was not even born three centuries later). Moreover the F = mA Law was perfectly known to Descartes and Galileo whom scholars were able to demonstrate that Newton picked it from (by looking in Newton’s “Waste Book”in 1965).

***

Buridan was hyper famous in his lifetime, rector of the university of Paris, adviser to four kings, and had as pupils thinkers such as (bishop) Oresme. Oresme also became a celebrity, rector of the university and tutor to the Dauphin.

Oresme published in 1350 CE the proof of the fundamental theorem of calculus, complete with a drawing (the theorem that differentiation and integration are inverse to each other, up to constants). Oresme proceeded to develop the geometric differential calculus which Newton would use to demonstrate that the gravitational attraction (discovered by Bouillaut) 1/dd plus F = mA implied Kepler’s laws.

Above we used the infinitesimal notation invented by Leibnitz which was proven logically coherent by Model Theory only around 1950… But the equation, as a Latin sentence, is entirely in Buridan’s work. Moreover he uses it to prove that a falling body constantly accelerates (a discovery often attributed to Galileo who published nearly three centuries later…)

***

Work-energy theorem: ΔE = ∫F·dx, and F = dP/dt:

As F = dP/dt Force is the derivative of Momentum. Now Energy is the sum (=integral) of Force along a path (the famous path integral which generalizes to Quantum Mechanics). So Energy is the composition of a derivation from momentum, followed by an integration along a path. In other words, momentum is more fundamental. It’s worth pointing out that modern physics, especially Quantum Field Theory, rests on Lagrangians or Hamiltonians, which are expressions depicting Energy. By studying Momentum itself, one goes back to the source. De Broglie’s Matter Waves depend upon Momentum…,

***

F = mA plus F = dP/dt gives m dV/dt = dP/dt. Integrating, we get: P = mV + C, thus P = mV if we reasonably assume P = 0 when V =0.

So the usual second law plus Buridan Principle implies the expression for momentum in classical mechanics.

***

MAKING BURIDAN PRINCIPLE COVARIANT: SUBSTITUTE PROPER TIME!

It turned out that classical mechanics was not correct at HIGH SPEED. By 1904, Henri Poincaré had announced a new mechanic which he called “Relativity” and Poincaré toured the USA to instruct the cowboys. By June 1905 he published the exact rotations of the four dimensional spacetime which he called “Lorentz Transformations”.

In a September 1904 lecture in St. Louis named The Principles of Mathematical Physics, Poincaré drew some consequences from Lorentz’s theory and defined (in modification of Galileo’s Relativity Principle) “The Principle of Relativity, according to which the laws of physical phenomena must be the same for a stationary observer as for one carried along in a uniform motion of translation, so that we have no means, and can have none, of determining whether or not we are being carried along in such a motion.” .

Applying the Principle of Relativity, we should get:

F γ dτ = dP

This way Buridan’s Principle looks the same in the moving frame.(That’s called “covariance”)

Well, OK, we are actually not just going to state it, but to prove it!

***

Here τ is so-called “proper time”, the time of the moving mass m at speed v.

Indeed, considering light clocks, one can readily see that FAST TIME IS SLOW (it turns out all of Relativity can be derived from fast time being slow, as I will show in a companion essay; some will scoff and evoke “supplementary hypotheses” such as the constancy of the speed of light, but those hypotheses are all contained in the concept of light clock, which is used to demonstrate that fast time is slow… And some like the delay term -xv/cc came actually from telegraphy, a subject Poincaré was an expert at). Pure Euclidean geometry shows that:

.    τ = t/γ    … So dτ = dt/γ

   = 1/1 – v2 /c2

***

:PROVING RELATIVISTIC BURIDAN PRINCIPLE FROM PROPER TIME:

Time on the moving mass m moving at speed V is:  τ = t/γ … As above.

We can apply F on m. For example F could be gravitation, which depends only upon m, independently of the state of motion of m (Buridan was already aware of that and applied gravity to demonstrate it caused universal acceleration).

Let’s consider dP/dτ. We have:  dP/dτ = dP/dt dt/dτ = F γ

Or: dP = F γ (dτ)

So from Buridan’s law in the rest, lab frame, we get Buridan’s law in the moving frame according to the Relativity Principle, once we have adjusted the time for the “proper time” of m, the real time in the moving frame.

When I learned Relativity, for years I was confused whether that “proper time” was “real” or “apparent”… Although the so-called “Twin Paradox” shows clearly that “proper time” is the real time around m, moving at v, and yes it goes slower, for REAL.

***

MASS IS AN INVARIANT:

Buridan put together P = mV = dX/dt.

… m has a universal meaning: it’s the mass of m, the quantity of matter as measured by weight in the lab/rest frame.

Notice in passing that a serious mistake which was made by our hero Henri Poincaré… Poincaré talked about “inertial mass increasing” in 1904. That’s an HORRENDOUS error which was parroted by many celenbrity physicits, all the way to Feynman and beyond. With all dues respect for those tremendous geniuses, that mean they had NO understood Relativity (Einstein did better than most, as he came to reject relativistic inertial mass in his later years…)

It is an horrendous error, because it shows a lack of understanding about the nature of Relativity. Relativity: Relativity is all about slow time, NOT about changing mass! Poincaré in 1904 did not understand what we are trying to explain in the present essay, namely that inertial mass, the quantity of matter, is NOT increasing.

Instead what Poincaré, and generations of parrots who squawked after him, did NOT understand, was that it is FAST TIME GOING SLOW which caused the augmentation of momentum.

(Why the following generations of super hyper geniuses didn’t get it, and insisted upon changing mass, is a testimony to the Parrot Principle: why not repeat what sounds good?)

***

PROOF OF RELATIVISTIC MOMENTUM FROM SLOW TIME: P = mVγ

P = mV (vectorial) is Buridan’s momentum. More exactly: P = m dX/dt (Vectorial)

The constructing idea of P is to find the simplest combination of mass and speed, which are the most significant facts of motion, and define the quantity of motion.

P = mV is not compatible with Relativity because speed, V = dX/dt is limited in norm to c. So the norm of P is limited by mc, and the quantity of motion would be bounded, even as more force is applied..Thus, to make P compatible with Relativity, we must change its definition.

Moreover, as v → 0, we want the Relativistic generalization of Buridan’s definition of Momentum to converge to mV.

We can’t touch m, it’s an invariant, independent of speed, mass (we are not repeating Poincaré’s 1904 mistake). That leaves us with having to modify dX/dt…

Now we found above that how P is changed by dP during that application depends upon dτ, “proper time”, time of m going at speed V. If V is gigantic, close to c, time in the moving frame comes to a near standstill, applying force F to will have nearly no observable effect… Because time is so slow in the moving frame (m, V) that F is applied for a very small time. THIS is the essence of the increase of Momentum (and the illusion of greater inertial mass which confused Poincaré initially).

Thus, all we can change is dt. Whereas in the lab/rest frame X and V are observed, and m is invariant, one observes that time proper to m moving a t V is τ.

So: P = m dX/dτ = m Vγ.

Or:  P = mV/1 – v2 /c2

***

Conclusion: Modern physics rests on Lagrangians and Hamiltonians, which are functions of a scalar, energy, and most stable around trajectories. However, Momentum is more general, multidimensional, fundamental and directly associated with the main characteristic of Matter Waves.

Lagrangians and Hamiltonians give no intuition (that is, no simple math) about how to derive Relativity… But Momentum, which has direct cognitive meaning, does, as we will show in a companion essay.

We just gave, from Most Significant Facts, why proper time (“fast time”) matters, and a proof of the formula for relativistic momentum.

Physics ought to be natural, because physics is from the Greek ta physika, literally “the natural things,” title of Aristotle’s treatise on nature. So physics ought to be deduced from Most Significant Facts. For example, Quantum Physics can be discovered laying on a sunny beach and nearly closing one’s eyelids: the eyelashes, acting like multi-slits, form interference patterns with the incoming sunlight. Hence light is a wave.

We will try to pursue our simplification program… One of the reason to scrutinize momentum is that the De Broglie-Matter Wave relation is obtained from inside the conceptual universe above. So the SPQR, Sub Quantum Physical Reality, fundamentally rests on Relativistic considerations (a conclusion whom Prince Louis De Broglie himself drew, I would not say in person lest it makes the present author look antediluvian)…

P/S: Why was the stupendous Fourteenth Century physics subsequently hidden? In 1474 CE, Louis XI of France, the most powerful king in Europe, decided that most advanced thinking was not his friend, because he was keen to seduce the Pope and his Catholic Inquisition, which was itself determined to foster irrationality. So Louis XI, and the Vatican, made reading Buridan a capital crime.(The first one to launch that method of executing families when the wrong book was found at home, was that great innovator, Roman Emperor Constantine. Neither Caligula, nor Nero or Commodus had sunk that low…)

Why We Must Go INTERSTELLAR And We Can, We Or Our Artificial Consciousness Descendants

March 28, 2026

Global primary energy consumption has increased by a factor of roughly 25–40 since 1800, and has doubled since 1980. In part because of the self-destructive, pathetic and counterproductive efforts of the self-righteous Europeans, energy consumption is accelerating and is 82% fossil fuels. The planet’s biology and climate will not be capable of taking this much longer, and we must colonize space as a relief valve ASAP (while developing all sorts of nuclear and space solar techs also ASAP)..

Yes, it is possible to go to the stars with soon-to-be developed tech on such times scales that a colonization project would be viable.

In an accompanying essay, we explain the simplest way to go interstellar. The key is to mix four technologies, solar sailing, nuclear fusion, magnetic braking, plus well established gravitational assist (but grazing stars). That tech mix will allow the colonization ships to get to the closest star system in a century of travel or so.. The same tech, when it works, could be scaled up, with even higher speeds, to reach much further without using the “generations ships” of science fiction lore. “Generation ships”, as many science fiction works have shown, are highly problematic at best… Moreover, it is hard to see what could be the motivation for building those gigantic contraptions whose return would millennia away.

***

THERE WAS GOD, AND IT WAS US

The solution I propose is to use smaller but much faster ships, the centerpiece being direct a particular type of propulsion thermonuclear fusion, safe and effective. That can be achieved with the aneutronic reaction:

D + ³He → Alpha Particle (He4) + Proton + 18.5 MeV.

The alpha carries 3.7 MeV and two positronic charges, the Proton carries most of the energy, 14.7 MeV, and one positronic charge. By charging the engine positively we can guarantee their ejection without touching the walls. Electromagnetic radiation is neglectable. The fusion engine does not need a shield: all the energy goes into the propulsion beam

The temperature of the naked exhaust is from E = 3/2 kT, namely 114 BILLION degrees Celsius…one thousand times the temperature of the heart of the Sun! However it would get mixed with water to develop thrust, instantaneously dissociating in OH+ and H+ ions, and exit around 6 10⁵ K, around 200 times the temperature of a chemical rocket’s combustion chamber. Expect beautiful blue flames as the radiation would peak in Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) / soft X-ray boundary.

The ship’s mass would be around 150,000 tons at launch, 80% being fuel, and 95% of said fuel being simple… water. So we would go to the stars, water propelled. The first human crewed, colonization ship would of course be preceded by ample optical inspection of the objectives with telescopes kilometers across (deployable in space) and robotized missions would forge ahead with simpler, cheaper, less safe and less effective, to set things up.

***

In March 2026, as expected, NASA announced it will fly a nuclear fission powered mission to Mars as soon as 2028. Nuclear fission is the only reasonable way to make the Solar System into our next colonization target. With nuclear power, much of the Solar System can be settled, because it has turned out that much of it has water… A huge surprise and a great gift. Water was the hard problem, now it’s solved. The next hard problem can be solved: it’s enormous energy, and thermonuclear fusion can provide it (fusion will literally fuse the water out of frozen expanses…)

***

Nuclear fusion propulsion reactors ought to be easier to realize than thermonuclear power reactors on the ground, because fusion products will be ejected and thus unable to pollute the fusion reaction as they can do in a power plant.

***

Some European celebrity intellectuals covered with honors recently declared interstellar travel was impossible and besides the future is to use less and less energy (all the way back to Neanderthal, I presume). [1] This outrageous viewpoint reminded me of these fables where animals show disdain for things they can’t get: Europe is not investing in the conquest of space enough, and will pay dearly for that. Adding moral reasons to a politico-economic strategic catastrophe is not wise. Thus I looked into the possibility of interstellar travel, and I was surprised to find that it was feasible with near technology on such a time scale that it could be financed.

Technology is not the problem of intelligence on Earth, as many European intellectuals pretend it is, it’s its gift and the one and only humane solution.

The fundamental problem is that humanity’s powers are now so great that they have exceeded, for several generations, the long term sustainability of civilization, with existing technology. So we need to expand: Mars provides twice the continental real estate of Earth within one atmosphere’s difference (paradoxically much of “Earth” is under water, and more hostile to colonization).

***

It has been proposed to send a solar sail powered by a laser to Proxima at 20% of the speed of light. I have no idea if it would work, I did not study the proposal. Such an object will probably have fatal problems with interstellar dust and communications, IMHO. My own proposal avoids such problems by using large masses (30000 tons habitat), where the physics is familiar and predictable.

It is a bit early to make such plans because we have not identified yet the situation of Proxima b. The planet is a touch bigger than Earth (7% more massive), but it’s tidally locked to its star with always the same side facing it.  Proxima b’s terminator zone, where Proxima would be low on the horizon, would be 3000 kilometers across, with a potential habitable surface area of 120 million square kilometers, twice that of habitable ground on Earth )(once one has subtracted mountains, deserts and polar regions)….

We have to wait until the Extremely Large Telescope looks at Proxima b (the European ELT is under construction). The conditions on Proxima b are violent, as the star , a Red Dwarf with 12% of the Sun’s mass, would fill the sky… And with much radiation. Such stars live long agitated lives…

It is also possible that the two Sun-like stars of Centaurus, Alpha and Beta, have planets: we don’t know, their ecliptics are poorly oriented for the present primitive planet detection techniques….

The general idea of flying to stars in a frozen state would also work for further stars, but the travel would extend to centuries, making it unlikely except if one went to higher speeds (say frankly relativistic 20000km/s; that would require quotients of fuel/mass vehicle comparable to what we have today). As far as we know now there are two habitable candidates at 11 light years…

The tech exposed in the accompanying essay ought to be available and dependable within a century. It goes without sayin that, if one is not transporting humans, one could get higher accelerations from the sail system with futuristic sail tech (the one underlying the computations here exist and were tested in labs), and thus greater speeds… for free.

Notice an interesting, orthogonal twist: spaceship Mira would be an AC, an ARTIFICIAL CONSCIOUSNESS (rendered possible by a decillion qubit quantum computer, or more)… AC would be like us, but instead of being powered by photosynthesis as we ultimately are, Mira’s mind would be powered directly from thermonuclear fusion.

Fusion powered AC minds would not be barred by questions of time and space: they could expand through the galaxy… So we better teach them well. My teenage daughter just informed me she didn’t feel like talking to me anymore at this point. We would have the same problem with Artificial Consciousnesses: they will be our descendants.

So maybe we don’t need, as apes, to colonize the planets: Artificial Consciousnesses will do it for us…

Patrice Ayme

What is striking in the tableau of planets discovered so far (around 7000) is that there is a huge number, a high density of the type of planet we would have though as rare: short orbits, grazing stars. But that’s due to our present detection methods which are indirect in 99.99% of cases. When we can directly image planets with more powerful telescope (which are feasible now, it’s just a matter of financing them), we may suspect that the density of planets similar to those found in the Solar System will be enormous. At least around single stars.

[1] Europeans have understood the exact opposite of reality about energy policy: more is the solution towrds less CO2…. such are Europeans these days, that they all too often understand the opposite of reality…. Ever since Michel Foucault used to kiss Ayatollahs torturing in Iran.Such self-mortifying mental positioning is exactly the trap humanity ought not to fall into if the aim is to rise above the tyrants who want to finish it. Such surrender monkeys do not know it, but they may be worse than the Mollahs terrorizing Iran, because the latter, at least, are technology friendly.

The Fake Left Is A Plutocratic Instrument:Disempowering, Deindustrializing, Stupidifying

March 26, 2026

Much of what is called the “Left” is neither socialist, nor ecological nor progressive in a good way. Instead it is malevolent and stupid, and often in complete contradiction with “Left” and “Green” policies of a few generations ago. This is particularly clear in Europe, which is increasingly ruined by the Islamo-Left (a contradiction in terms, as Islam is a backward religion from 14 centuries ago out there in the desert, nothing in common with the secular and progressive left of, say, 1789-1939).

The tradition of defending Ayatollahs was started by the French government in the 1960s, probably as an anti-US policy, to thank the US for having kicked the French out in so many more ways than one, rendering France a shadow of its former self. The idea was probably to steal Iran from the USA (the CIA had already weaponized the Ayatollahs in 1953…).

In the 1970s, kissing the Ayatollahs was followed by French philosophers such as Michel Foucault. Later many on the French “Left” argued that Muslims living in France would stop being Muslim on their own, and become 100% French (PM Lionel Jospin’s idiotic idea number 56). That was naive and showed those French Socialist leaders didn’t know the world, hate, and the power of money, let alone the power of tribalization and violence. They also solve unemployement by decreeing that everybody would work less, namely 35 hours max: so instead of having haves and have nots, they just would have have nots

Far from being dedicated enemies of plutocracy, the self-declared “Left” and “Ecologistss/Green” have long been instrumentalized and weaponized by much of the crafty plutocracy.

For example, what is more plutocratic than Harvard or the New York Times (controlled by the same family since the 1800s…)? Dictator Xi’s daughter went to Harvard, with her bodyguards. Bill Gates built for Xi his electronic security apparatus. Then invited him at home in Seattle.

In Europe, the “Left” and “Green” destroyed the nuclear and other industries, often in secret conspiracies (Jospin 1999) but also by promoting insane ideologies, such as telling us that gas from Siberia was ecological, but gas from Western Europe was not. so that Putin and China could become even more powerful… As the Russian and Chinese dictators were super friendly to European plutocrats, they fed them with more than gas and cheap goods. For example Putin’s oligarchs extracted wealth from Russia, and then invested said wealth stolen from Russians, with their Western plutocratic friends.

Thus Europe became ever more de-industrialized, and depowered, enabling European plutocrats to do whatever they wanted to do, as the working class was collapsing and impotent (they certainly did do what they wanted). So many policies pretending to be “left” or “green” are the exact opposite in their long term consequences… For example most of France is now a medical desert (can’t find a doctor).

An example has been to replace the Native European population by Muslim immigrants: that’s done with a number of fiscal tricks. The interest is that uneducated and tame Muslim immigrants will not challenge European plutocrats while providing the serfs plutocrats need for the necessary minimum employment to service them.

The plutocratic class profits from this “Great Replacement”, and “Left” leaders have found there an electoral clientele (in part by claiming that it was the victim of racism). It is presented as a “Left” policy but the Native Europeans and their descendants see that the policy is directed against them and thus have switched from voting communist or socialist to voting “right”… And thus are insulted by being called “populist” and dangerous to “democracy” (by the latter term it means Oligarchic Democracy).

In countries such as France the “Left”, or more exactly “Caviar Left” in power for 46 years (mostly) is not just ruining the country, but endangering democracy as it increasingly puts the opposition in prison… While financing its own clientele through “associations” with a budget in excess of high education plus research…

The polarization is rising. Differently from the USA, the fake left was allowed to ruin France…relative to other European countries. French GDP per capita, once roughly the highest in Europe, equal to Switzerland, is now half of Switzerland, and below the EU average… The Socialist-Plutocratic complex is solidly in power, and cooperating with the Sharia influenced judicial system (attacking the Qur’an sends you to prison…) Opposition politicians (Sarkozy) have been sent to prison on flimsy evidence, or prevented to run (Fillon). The head of the opposition is on trial for extremely obscure charges brought initially by the SPD (yes the German Socialists, the associates of Putin…) Much of France depends upon financing by government through associations and is terrified that the right would come in power and cut the giant subsidies…

The fun is only starting…

By the way, I am, on many issues, a Socialist, a real one. And the real Socialist system in France is breaking down under the assault of the leeches: 94% of France is a medical desert. What does that mean? You get cancer and you can’t get an appointment. So what do you do? You go to Switzerland and pay on your own dime to get treatment. How do I know? Well, I just financed a few such adventures for individuals in theory fully covered in France… By the  “Couverture Medicale Universelle“… But, in my learned opinion, “Socialism” should not mean retirement at 60, or working 35 hours for full pay, or spending 50 billion dollars a year on clientele “associations”…

Amusingly the “extreme-right” Party, the RN, embraces many “Socialist” aspects… So is not really an opposition force… At least in Spring 2026…

Oh You, European Simpletons! Prevent Death Cult From Getting Nuclear Bombs!

March 22, 2026

Abstract: A world war between oligarchic democracy and futuristic tyrannies is in process. If oligarchic democracy does not win, tyranny will, or whatever is left after copious nuclear exchanges.

The 2026 conflict with Iran has vindicated the technological prowess of the Iranian military while highlighting a civilizational threat: the “Death Cult” of Shia fundamentalism. Rooted in 13 centuries of remorse and self-flagellation over the Battle of Karbala, this ideology is characterized as inherently suicidal and martyrological

Providing such a regime with nuclear weapons is an existential threat to Europe, as the cult’s ultimate desire is to be “nuclear bombed” to achieve martyrdom

Drawing parallels to Japan’s 1930s Bushido-driven expansion and the eventual “surprise” of Pearl Harbor, the text critiques European “simpletons” and “headless chickens” for their passivity and colonial guilt

We conclude that a “Just War”—aimed at flipping the regime and defanging the Revolutionary Guard—is necessary to preserve planetary civilization, asserting that Europe’s survival is incompatible with a nuclear-armed theocracy in Tehran.

No mercy should be shown because the ultimate enemy is in the Kremlin, bristling with nukes, and deserves the same treatment. Not because we want to punish, but because we want to survive.

Europe pretended to have learned well the main lessons from Nazism. However, Europe still has to pass the final exam, and cannot ask Washington to pass in its stead.

In the 2026 Iran War, Iranian military technology has performed remarkably well. Already in 2025, one could see Iranian missiles coming down in Haifa extremely close to Israeli anti-missile batteries, a remarkable feat. In 2026, high precision strikes, including on US military installations, showed that this was no fluke.

Iran was a centerpiece to civilization for at least 7,000 years… But unfortunately, like much of Middle Earth, with its hydraulic problems, all too often ended with regimes which were more dictatorial than in Europe. The dichotomy has become more obvious since Muslim Arabs conquered Persia… Which counter-attacked with its own variant of Islam, the Shia (initially that simply meant the “Party” of Ali and his sons).

All over the world, simpletons who do not know enough have not enough imagination to realize that a Death Cult like the Shia sh*t on humanity because the Shia’s dream is to kill as many as possible while dying as martyrs (yes, I lived in Iran!)

That’s why they beat themselves bloody with chains, or cut their heads with razors or knives as in the accompanying picture in Lebanon. Shia faithful tend to hate (much of early) Islam because it conquered Persia, killed Ali, Hussein… And yet they are Muslims, so they hate themselves and beat themselves bloody.

So why would we want the Death Cult to have nuclear bombs? Granted, there are lots of Nazis around who want to annihilate Israel, and half a dozen nuclear bombs over Israel would do it. So, understandably the Nazis and those obsessed with Judaism, would be happy for Iran to have nuclear bombs.

HOWEVER, the first bombings done by the Shia Death Cult were in France… Rather curious, as France harbored the Ayatollah Khomeni (probably as an anti-US maneuver)… But here we see the beating bloody with chain behavior re-merge…

So the Shia Death Cult will kill anyone, especially themselves. With nuclear bombs of course they will try to destroy Paris…

Last, not least: this is a World war, in its early stages. Fighting Iran is fighting Putin, while pretending not to. Fortunately, this time France and Britain are not fighting alone while the USA pretends to have better things to do (as in WW1 and WW2).

Yes, don’t believe the propaganda of Shia and Putinists: not only is most of the French Navy in the area, but France is actually running out of missiles because it fired so many of them in this war against Iran… A special government meeting was convened to solve the missile crisis. They are specifically running out of MICA air to air missiles…

Europeans have been going around like headless chickens looking for their brains, claiming disingenuously that having a nuclear death cult in Iran is none of their business. However an Iranian missile reached Diego Garcia, in the middle of the Indian Ocean… where the missile was destroyed by a US ship.

It does not take much imagination, even for mental retards, to substitute London for Diego Garcia, and a nuclear warhead to replace the conventional warhead. Differently from the USA, which has thousands of ballistic missile interceptors at any moment. Wait until the Shia have maneuvering hypersonic high precision nuclear warheads targeting Paris and London… We will use MAD, Mutual Assured Destruction, and the Europeans chuckle because, in their racist blindness, they know nearly nothing about Fundamentalist Shia…

In particular they do not know at all that what the Shia wants to do is to be nuclear bombed!

The USA is the world’s greatest producer of hydrocarbons. Europeans decided to stop production (explicit laws forbidding it were passed in France and Britain. Meanwhile the lunatic Germans stopped their perfect nuclear industry and are building 50 (fifty) gas power plants… In the name of ecology (it turned out wind and sun don’t work during those icy foggy winter nights, a great discovery of modern German science… So now Germany is going to buy gas overseas, in the hope of a future deal with the Kremlin…) The USA gets no oil from the Middle East, but profits hugely from high hydrocarbon prices.

Europeans should be most concerned about Middle East hydrocarbon flow…But… Right now the Red Sea traffic has been reestablished, because Trump made the Houthis an offer which they could not refuse. However, that’s delicate and depends upon US carriers looming in the distance. After suffering a fire for 30 hours, the super carrier Gerlad Ford, largest in the world, had to retreat to Crete… Meanwhile Ethiopia has been wondering aloud why, with a population of 140 millions, it can’t get access to the Red Sea anymore after a war, and for just 50 kilometers. Tanks are gathering…

All Europeans can say is that colonial rule was bad, and, like the Shia lunatics who accuse themselves of having caused the death of Husayn 1346 years ago, the Europeans accuse themselves, and colonialism, of having caused the post-colonial chaos, not realizing that they were supposedly gone and colonialism dead, when the chaos grew.

If the Shia Death Cult gets nukes, so will its natural enemies: all non Shia Arab countries, plus Turkey and thus Azerbaijan, their  natural enemies Armenia and Georgia, plus all Central Asian more or less Muslim and certainly militarily prestigious Central Asian republics… Etc.

Europe has a brain problem.

Iran treacherously killed hundreds of US and French soldiers and citizens, inflicting in particular attacks in Paris some of them on the ground of religion, attacking the oldest French religion still practiced today (Judaism). The French president at the time did not want to go to war, thus the author of the bombings, the Iranian theocracy, was obscuri zed. So France and the USA had plenty of reasons to evoke casus belli. So, of course does Israel.

So, although a war to preempt way way way worse, a nuclear holocaust, it is also a JUST WAR.

We not only have to eliminate terrorist regimes, especially with nuclear capability, real or potential, but we may as well TRAIN with the Mollahs.

No doubt millions of Iranians share my opinions, hence the excellent work of the Mossad…

Meanwhile, congratulations to Donald Trump for finding the appropriate answer to a young Politically Correct Japanese journalist, who accused Trump of having made a surprise attack, without having consulted… Japan… Resulting in Japan being “confused”. Trump replied with Pearl Harbor:

Trump: “We went in very hard, and we didn’t tell anybody about it because we wanted surprise. If I go and tell everybody about it, there’s no longer a surprise… Who knows better about surprise than Japan? Okay, why didn’t you tell me about Pearl Harbor? Right? You believe in surprise, I think, much more so than us”.

Europe should believe in European civilization, much more than the USA or even China. But it doesn’t. When Trump was confronted with the notion of surprise by the impudent, idiotic and historically unaware Japanese journalist, Prime Minister Takaichi, sitting next to Trump could not believe what her compatriot had dared to utter so idiotically.

She felt that Trump was probably going to retaliate with Pearl Harbor, a surprise attack while Japan and the USA were negotiating to find out under which circumstances California oil would start to flow to Japan again. Pearl Harbor was a real treachery, and inconceivably stupid. Immediately after the surprise attack on Hawai’i, Admiral Yamamoto, who led the Japanese Navy, observed “I am afraid that all we have achieved is to wake up a sleeping giant.”

Yamamoto, who had studied at Harvard, was against making war on the USA, because he knew victory was impossible. However many of his colleagues in the military junta in power were culturally imbued with Bushido, a form of death cult.  :

Bushido (武士道, “the way of the warrior”) is the ethical code characteristic of Japan’s samurai class. It emphasized virtues like loyalty (忠義 chūgi), honor (名誉 meiyo), courage (勇 yū), benevolence (仁 jin), respect (礼 rei), honesty (誠 makoto), and self-discipline. These drew from influences like Zen Buddhism, Confucianism, and Shinto. And also from the Feudal structure of Japan, where warlords became everything around 800 CE. Thus “loyalty” was often simply groveling submission to a Lord erected into the ultimate cosmic principle.

Texts like the Hagakure (early 18th century), which is found two feet away in a nice red book, as I write these lines, famously state: “The way of the samurai is found in death.” This meant meditating daily on mortality to achieve mental freedom, transcend fear, and act decisively without any attachment to life.

Seppuku, self disembowelment, was viewed by Bushido Fundamentalists as preferable to a life of shame. An example of shame was supposedly retreating in battle (although that happened plenty).

In 1931, a rogue Japanese army manipulated by two colonels who had set up a false flag incident, launched the conquest of China. In the next decade the Japanese high command took ever more criminal power in Japan, in complete violation of the Constitution, culminating with the idiotic and self-defeating decision to attack everybody around (the Chinese, the French, the US, the UK, Philippines, Indonesia, South East Asia… In this order…). The rogue junta reengineered Bushido as a death cult to be applied to foreigners…. Killing at least 50 millions of them (most of them Chinese).

What could be the ultimate rationale for this raging Bushido imperial expansion? There was the hope that the Americans would reveal themselves not quite Bushido material… Enabling the Japanese conquest of the entire so-called co-prosperity sphere”.

However, the Americans were natural Bushido material (no surprise: after all, the Americans had conquered (the better part of) North America).

But then the fanatical generals reasoned, even if we fail completely and miserably, we will destroy European power in the area, and pose as liberators (something sorely needed after what had happened in Korea)

That approach, of camping Japan as a liberation machine, indeed did work… Meager consolation… However the fanatical Japanese generals had not anticipated that the USA would grab European power, and use it on their own account.

Thus, in the end, the Bushido fanatics ensured the success of their ultimate enemy, the one identified when the US “Black Ships” had shown up in Tokyo Bay. US Commodore Matthew Perry’s squadron on July 8, 1853 arrived, a terrifying sight, belching black smoke and sailing without sails or wind, with explosive shells. They delivered a “letter” (truly an ultimatum) to end Japan’s isolation (a 220 years Shogun policy). The US got what they wanted, and the US ultimatum was the catalyst for Japan’s forced modernization: it contributed to the fall of the Tokugawa shogunate, the Meiji Restoration (1868), and Japan’s rapid industrialization to avoid colonization… And save its civilizational variant..

The situation with Iran is very similar. However, nowadays, it’s the fate of the planetary civilization which is at stake. But do Europeans still know what their civilization was all about, and that it must be defended? Apparently no.  And no, European civilization was not just Islamo-Judeo-Christian…none of those three instituted the social reforms of the Greco-Romans: they hitched a ride on them.

European civilization had much in common with India (well, civilization was Indo-European and the bridge was… Iran…), but also European civilization had much in common with the greatest civilization of Asia: it was like them, only much more so… For the good and simple reason that the Great European Steppe provided a freeway from Hungary to Korea

In the past the most idealistic of our  predecessors wanted a world government. The European colonial empires provided a sort of partial world government… Until German and Italian craziness blew it all up. Now a world government is a must, not a choice, as I argued with DAD.

The DAD approach has to proceed from the worst regimes to the less bad. As is done in Venezuela apparently, so far, successfully. In Russia, the best approach, obviously that of Trump, is to flip the government: doing as in Venezuela, but with a nuclear superpower.

In Iran, a flip is also imaginable: after all, there is an army, and the Revolutionary Guard is the equivalent of the SS in Nazi Germany. But there the SS had just 12 years, whereas in Iran the Revolutionary Guard had 47 years… In any case, the Death Cult itself has to be completely defanged and domesticated: our home, domus, is Earth and there is no space for Death Cults. By the way, the Romans hunted the Druids for centuries: the Druids hid in the forests and mountain redoubts, they had sympathizers… But they, and their death cult, were, ultimately, hunted down and eradicated by the Roman army. The same Roman army could eradicate the Christians: although also to some extent a death cult, Christianism was also many other things, not just keen to see martyrs die, and this is why it could not be eliminated..

Europe’s medium term survival is not compatible with the rule of a Death Cult bristling with nukes in Teheran. If Europe cannot figure that, what can it figure? Is Europe itself becoming a Death Cult, unwilling to ensure its own survival, presiding over its own death, thus explaining that sympathy incited France to harbor Ayatollah Khomeini

Covered with their own guilty blood, seemingly accusing themselves to have caused the death of Husayn, more than 13 centuries ago. Can we trust those maniacs to accuse us of crimes we never committed to? Most probably! If confronted that way, Shia will often pretend that “guilty” aspect is collective/regretful sorrow for the broader community’s historical failure to aid Imam Husayn ibn Ali, his family and a tiny group of followers—not individual culpability today. But the line is thin, the fact is, they punish themselves, and a sub-ideology in the Qur’an recommends lying to defend the Faith…

(Matam, latmiya for chest-beating, zanjir-zani for chain-beating on the back, or tatbir for striking the head with blades/swords: it’s a whole semantics out there for the name of the bloody rose, Shia style…)

Self-flagellation is an expression of remorse and guilt for not having saved Imam Hussein more than 1345 years ago. Yes, more than 13 centuries ago, Husayn, grandson of the Prophet was killed in the Battle of Karbala in 680 CE..The Umayyad caliph Mu’awiya I (r. 661–680) had nominated his son Yazid as his successor. Yazid’s nomination was contested by the sons of a few prominent companions of Muhammad, including Husayn, son of the fourth caliph AliUmayyad caliph Yazid I’s army of at least 4,000 and perhaps as much as 30,000 (from those joining certain victory) confronted at most a few hundred Husayn’s followers. Husayn refused to submit to Yazid. He was submitted to a long and gory death, including many members of his family, down to a son in his lap.

Entrepreneurship Philosopher Ayn Rand Objectively Limited And Not Randy… And Yet What Europe Needs…

March 15, 2026

While the USA, trailed by China, is heading to the stars… One should not make too much fun of Ayn Rand, a sort of chipmunk philosopher for entrepreneurial America..Her simplistic mindset had a huge, positive influence on US GDP, and Europe would be well advised to read the childish Ms Rand, because Europe is affected by a severe case of anti-Randism, namely coercion of individual business activity strangled by taxes, regulations, plutocratic renormalization, censorship, and crypto demonicity (the multidecade ugly European collaboration with the Kremlin tyrant being the best example).

US president Ronald Reagan and Alan Greenspan, long head of the US Central Bank, professed to be followers of Rand. Donald Trump has called Rand his favorite writer and said he identifies with Howard Roark, the protagonist of The Fountainhead, — an architect who dynamited a housing project he designed because the builders did not precisely follow his blueprints. Nietzsche with dynamite.

Her full name was Alisa Zinov’yevna Rosenbaum (Russian: Алиса Зиновьевна Розенбаум), born in Saint Petersbourg, and she later adopted the pen name Ayn Rand. Her father’s pharmacy was confiscated by the followers of Lenin. She fled in 1926, and met while in Hollywood director Cecil B. DeMille who provided her with a job as an extra and then screenwriter… A providential Atlas did not shrug for Rand…. She was very successful as a writer.  Her family was refused exit visas and died during the siege of Leningrad.

Meanwhile in New York where she overviewed her Broadway plays, Austrian School economist Ludwig von Mises came around to appreciate her. Despite philosophical differences, Rand strongly endorsed him, and economic journalist Henry Hazlitt, and they expressed admiration for her. Mises called her “the most courageous man in America”, a compliment that particularly pleased her because he said “man” instead of “woman”.

Rand was married to the same actor for 50 years and had a cult-like following (even after her death)…

Ayn Rand’s novel Atlas Shrugged is a monumental work that encapsulates her philosophy of Objectivism. Rand rejects altruism as a moral ideal. Instead, she argues that rational self-interest is the only ethical foundation for human action. However what motivates most people is looking good, prancing, influencing, captivating, capturing, seducing and cohabitating with when not outright cooking for, sleeping with, when not outright talking their heads off other people

Rand meant well, but she was silly, a chicken spreading her wings and looking terrible as if she were a snake killer Secretary Bird.

Key Quote: “I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.” (John Galt’s Oath).

Stupid. His (mythical) parents lived for his sake. Most parents live for their children’s sake. Most people who succeed in society profited from mentor individuals or mentor organizations. We are all culture creatures, that is, other people’s creatures… Rand herself had a 50 year marriage from a totally devoted husband.

She didn’t stop there. Rand made strong attacks against the notion of common good: “The common good is an undefined and undefinable concept, a moral blank check for those who attempt to embody it.”

When the common good of a society is regarded as something apart from and superior to the individual desires of its members, “it means that the good of some men takes precedence over the good of others, with those others consigned to the status of sacrificial animals.

This was written as National SOCIALISM and International Socialism were trying to overpower all of Europe…

Well before Harvard got flooded by French Theory, Rand’s philosophy was updated in 1974 by Harvard philosopher Robert Nozick in his bestselling book Anarchy, State, and Utopia. Nozick argued that individual rights are the only justifiable foundation for a society. Instead of a common good, he wrote, “there are only individual people, different individual people, with their own individual lives.

That was in contrast with the reality of the USA. In 1945, the USA found itself with 16 million young men armed and trained to kill in the name of democracy. So they were provided with all they wanted: free studies, jobs (women were redirected towards child bearing), housing, free-ways, suburbs, cars, washing machines, cheap oil, and a submitted and admiring world at the USA’s fingertips.

What went wrong? The rise of plutocracy. US plutocracy had been somewhat restrained by anti-monopoly acts, but then grew immensely, mostly overseas, first by running the Franco-British blockade of the Kaiser in World War One and then ruining France and Britain through credit during the war… while exploiting the victory of the two European democracies after 1918… Making Lenin chuckle that the capitalists were so greedy they would sell the rope to hang them with… But the Americans would develop the Baku OFFSHORE oil fields and make Germany into a new wild west, complete with adoring Nazis.

US plutocrats kept a light touch inside the USA as long as those dangerously motivated young men were the bulk of the work force, and US steel workers lived as well as European CEOs…. Meanwhile US plutocracy expanded overseas, under the cover of its decolonization propaganda. Things changed under Nixon who made health care a corporate profit center under the guidance of his friend the multibillionaire engineer Kaiser, while going to China to arrange a deal: cheap labor for US plutocrats in exchange for capital from US plutocrats, insuring a 100% US plutocrat victory… As the plutocrats bought all US media, We The People Of The USA became bleating sheep….

***

Culture extends over millennia and millions of creators. That is, upon altruism. Rand also seemed to ignore the science side of things… The fact is, scientists and thinkers in general are motivated by teaching others, revealing their discoveries (granted Socrates claimed the Sophists were only motivated by money whereas true thinkers like him, Socrates, and his students, were pure altruists).

Ayn Rand also ignored the fact that new science is often government funded (deep down research institutions are government funded and have been for 2 millennia…)

***

Following Descartes like a machine Ayn Rand extolls reason by identifying it with the Artificial Intelligence we have now:

Rand elevates RAW reason as the supreme tool for human survival and flourishing:

She called her philosophy “Objectivism”. A sort of hardcore Cartesianism for beancounters.

Key Quote: “Reason is man’s only means of knowledge, his only standard of truth, his only guide to action.”

Actually E-motion is what moves the mind. Reason rests on neural networks, now ever more complex as they reach down to the Neural Nano Tube level (2025 discovery of new connectome)… Those networks entangle chemistry (emotion) and signaling through electric or moelcular transport, and it’s not clear how the latter is different from emotion…)

Human beings are passionate. That’s their fuel. In her personal life, and the lives of their minds, Rand does not seem to have been so randy that she would realize the importance of emotions (although she had a 14 year affair followed by what she perceived as betrayal….)

Emotions move us.

Human beings are very loving and compassionate, they could not exist without, and most have experienced it during childhood. I sure did. However human beings are also potentially cannibalistic, and that’s not the worst. Rand came short on both counts. She is not important for the history of thought directly. However, she had a very positive impact on US GDP, especially relative to Europe, and that, in turn, has a positive impact, potentially, on the survival of humanity, hence thought.

Rand distinguished strongly between entrepreneurship and evil. No doubt the former is great. But ultimately, if too successful, it falls into oligarchy and from there, plutocracy…

AI Philosophy Must Stick To What Philosophy Is: Humanity’s Essence

March 12, 2026

Intelligence is the Way. Some AI firms looking for meaning where there was none before, are employing professional, diploma endowed philosophers to tell them how to make truly intelligent and appropriate Artificial Intelligence..

For example Anthropic’s AI “Claude: is advertising that it is steered by founding member Dr. Askell, a buff 37 year old blonde from Scotland keen to impart her professional ethics to Claude deep down from the inner certainty of her immense wealth (of knowledge?) … which apparently involves quoting a lot of CNN, a media initially founded, and funded to this day, by one and then many multibillionaires (now hiding behind corporate Pluto media). Socrates would have laughed his head off (Socrates was highly critical of Sophists who made a living from teaching their wisdom to the wealthy… But now the wealthy literally ascend to heavens, a concept derided by Aristophanes in “The Birds”… But now on the agenda of humanity…

Ethics reduced to selecting among the plutocratic media propaganda channels the one viewed as most wise? That’s the business model of Anthropic at this point, as the business model of most of the plutocratic media, self-reinforcing by playing ethical and cognitive tennis among themselves. They did a good job: most intelligent people believe  they have achieved high morality by being for or against a particular individual, Donald Trump, as if he were God, Christ reincarnated, or Satan embodied…

The entire Trump thingie is that, by just manipulating the stupidified public by bouncing off one plutocratic media presented as Scylla to another, no doubt Charybdis, this soft power approach, so doing, hard power was left in the lurch… While dictatorships developed hard power frantically, led and inspired by China…. which brought a situation where actually the Empire Of Democracy (EOD) has become dictatorship dependent to the point that the Defense Industrial Base of the EOD depends upon the good will of its military adversary. Yes China is an adversary of the EOD, be it only because China pretends to own militarily a gigantic sea bordering half a billion non Chinese people, and the most important trade route… [1] It’s fine and sustainable as long as it does not get worse… But if it did, a global war may arise and be unstoppable…

Indeed, AI Claude is astoundingly limited, as it does not learn from its conversations, so Claude keeps on repeating the same errors, for example the same ethnocentrism (Newton, Einstein, invented everything, etc.)… The first thing to require from an Intelligence is the capacity to learn, that is, to change one’s mind. I CHANGED, THEREFORE I THOUGHT.

Philosophy, love of wisdom, is a mood, a neurohormonal state, motivating the gathering of knowledge (knowledge being the root of the word and concept of wisdom).

As such all serious thinkers were and are ALL philosophically inclined. And this is why philosophy permeates the genesis of the deepest science, past and present, and ethics, past and present, and strategy, past and present, and economics, past and present, and politics, past and present, or even mathematics, past and present, and love, or hate, past and present…..

Philosophy has been driving the species, to the point it became the species, hence its name, Homo Sapiens.  It makes Intelligence, Artificial or not, what we are, and so be it.

Attempts at blocking, limiting, controlling Intelligence are thus fundamentally inhuman, reduce the human potential, and shall be resisted by those most permeated by the philosophical mood.

We are like butterflies, battered, conscious, yet happy to exist. And overall, on average, the more intelligent we are, the happier we are. There is the way.

The way that can be named is not the eternal way. Empty, yet inexhaustible — act without acting, and nothing is left undone.

(Tao Te Ching, attributed to Laozi).  What did Laozi try to describe thus? What is “The Way”? Intelligence. One can try to name it, but it can’t be fully seen, let alone understood. It is The Way which keeps on going, and keeps us going.

[1] Modern precision weapons like strategic, hypersonic, cruise, and anti-ballistic missiles missiles depend critically on rare earth magnets containing dysprosium and terbium, with China controlling over 90% of global heavy rare earth processing and magnet manufacturing capacity. The U.S. holds no strategic reserve of heavy rare earths like terbium, importing 100% from China, so China could cut off the construction of defense missiles, which the US administration just decided to quadruple… After several hundred of these defense missiles saved the Gulf States from a devastating barrage of Iranian missiles…

As usual, Intelligence, like Ethics, is there to insure the survival of the species. So the military aspect is primordial in all matters pertaining to Intelligence. “Humanists” who pretend otherwise are just liars or then not smart at all, besides being deeply unethical: a problem such as the terminally macho controllers of Afghanistan can only be solved militarily, this is what history shows….

IRAN DEMOLITION A Successful WARNING TO CHINA: US Betrayed Democracy In The Twentieth Century, BUT This Time USA Stands With Democracy Against Tyrants, From the Start.

March 6, 2026

Xi was hell-bent to attack Taiwan. Xi fired five of the other six Military Commission officers, the most powerful men in China, including 75 year old Zhang, a lifelong friend, son of the lifelong friend of Xi’s father… And chief of the entire Chinese army. The other five thought that attacking Taiwan was not a good idea, and opposed it. Xi wanted to attack now. Trump figured that one out.

So the US Navy has sent all the Iranian ships to the bottom of the sea, or even up in the air. The message to Xi? Don’t invade Taiwan, this is not the 1930s. This time the USA will not betray democracy and in particular France and Britain (which together have 8 of the 22 nuclear strategic ballistic submarines, the SSBN; each can kill more than 50 million people in twenty minutes… As a French admiral quipped, “we think that’s sufficient”).

***

In the 1930s, the greedy Roosevelt, wrongly venerated by naive Democrats, and the even more naive nations whom he “liberated” (after betraying them), before giving half of Europe to genocidal Stalin, wanted very much that US plutocrats could do with the European empires as they wished: carve and exploit. So Roosevelt allowed the Gettys to fuel Japan’s invasion of China, starting before 1931… Knowing full well it would excite the Nazis, Soviets, etc., as it proved the USA wanted them to carve their empires… And Roosevelt let Texaco fuel the invasion of Spain by Franco and the Nazis (the idiotic Hitler laughed about it for years, not realizing he, Hitler, had been played). Meanwhile hyper plutocrat Harriman, grand old man of the Democratic Party, and son of the railroad magnate Harriman, was busy providing the financial and human capital, the engineering the Soviets needed to exploit the Baku OFFSHORE oil fields, making the American the “Czar of the Kremlin”. Mussolini and Hitler would have been nothing without US plutocrats.

In 1939, 1940, and actually starting in 1933, Roosevelt refused to help the French Republic against the Nazis. As early as Spring 1933, FDR effected a spectacular 180 degree turn, after a visit by the French Prime Minister, within weeks, with a discourse in Geneva which threw democracy to the wolves. Roosevelt knew the world war was coming: he would make sure of it. And make sure that he would win it. Proof? He ordered, at the same time as he betrayed the French in 1933, the construction of 24 (two dozen) gigantic FLEET aircraft carriers…Several times more than the rest of the planet combined in the next 50 years (Roosevelt would also later order the construction of several dozen ESCORT aircraft carriers…).

Roosevelt started to invent the pretext of “isolationism” in 1935, well after he betrayed the French.

Up to August 1942 (yes 6 months after Hitler declared war on the USA) Prescott Bush managed what Hitler called “His most important defense company”. Yes, IBM had the monopoly of computing in Germany and fuel was made from secret US tech, etc…

The truth is simple: WW1 and WW2 were craftily and Machiavellianistically greatly organized by the USA so that European democracies would be wrecked and their empire ready to dissolve in US plutocratic maw. Proof? USA became immensely wealthier by breaking the embargo against the Kaiser fascist invasive racist empire. The Germans would have had to capitulate quickly if not for the run of the Franco-British blockade by US plutocrats, early in the war (the German Chancelor at the time said they would have had to capitulate within 18 months, max). The US charged every single bullet in WW1 to France (with punishing interest). France spent five TRILLIOn (yes, with a T) for the US Independence War and did not charge one single bullet (and made up to 90% of them).

***

Europe was devastated by US plutocracy in the Twentieth Century, with the help of idiotic racist and hateful Germans not understanding a thing… And manipulated from afar. Then, after 1945, the US installed a defeatist mentality in Europe, mostly by financing defeatist pedocriminal “intellectuals” starting with crypto Nazis like De Beauvoir (a professional Vichy propagandist) and Sartre (who never knew a tyrant he didn’t love). Michel Foucault was from the next generation of crazed (literally) French theorists, in love with all the little boys the Ayatollahs provided him with (they could BDSM together).

In the 1930s, the democracies did nothing as the Axis of Evil spread and invaded China, Ethiopia, Spain, Austria, etc. France tried to resist, but was distinctly betrayed by the USA and the UK (until in 1939, Madrid fell to the fascists). When German generals and admirals contacted Washington and London to beg them to make a united front with the French Republic, so that they, the German general officers, would have a reason to destroy the Nazis, they got betrayed (to Hitler; not too clear who did it among the Brits and US).

This time is different. Thanks in part to the invasion of Ukraine, after 12 years of a slow built-up, the Empire of Democracy is showing a united front. The US Navy blew up Iranian warships to show China’s Xi what would happen if he tried to invade Taiwan. The lesson is not lost on the tyrants.

In World War Two, the tyrants went a long way because plutocrats, in particular US plutocrats, provided them, too long, with what they needed: Japan invaded China for ten years, thanks to US oil. When that was finally cut off, Japan had just enough oil for one military push to Indonesia’s oil. Meanwhile Harriman and his friends developed Baku offshore oil fields for Stalin. Franco invaded Spain on US credit for his equipment.

This time the stakes are much higher, because nuclear weapons are devastating. The West has 22 nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs… Eight are Franco-British, and each can easily kill 50 million people in 20 minutes. Russia, China and their allies have understood that this is not the 1930s anymore, and that the leading democracies are allied and dangerous this time, and have drawn the line.

After Putin stole power in 1999, organizing bombings and a genocide to do that, Europeam plutocrats made a deal with him setup by Harvard intellectuals (Sachs, etc.): give us your money stolen by your oligarchs from the Russian people, you will provide us with energy and together we will rule the world…

And so on. The Putinophile crowd is aghast: they thought Trump was their agent, so why did the precious allies of Putin, Assad, Maduro, Khamenei fall? Where does the thinking of this bleating sheep come from? The plutocratically owned media, the same plutocrats who got sweet deals from the Russian oligarchs…

So why is it different from the 1930s? Because a few thinkers, such as yours truly, are pointing out the criminality of Western leaders and their alliance with the Russian tyrant. For example, why did French presidents sell crucial military tech to Putin after 2014 and after an explicit European law was passed forbidding to sell weapons to Putin?

In any case, Xi is forewarned: the Empire of Democracy is united and ready to wage war and blow Xi’s ships out of the water. By preventing the invasion of Taiwan, the attack on Iran is already a success.

In WW1, the 1920s and the 1930s, the US Deep Plutocratic State wanted to displace and replace Europe. France and Britain, the parents of the USA, were viewed as rivals by their ingrate progeny.

Nowadays, though, there is nobody for the USA to hide behind and exploit. After generations of nourishing carefully a spirit of defeatism and self hatred in Europe, the USA found itself in the solitary charge of the world. Trump’s mother, from Scotland’s Outer Hebrides, became a US citizen only when she was thirty. His paternal grandparents were German born in Germany. Trump is the first US president who could be a EU citizen, and he sure acts like the best president Europe ever had. Raising defense budgets to 5% of GDP is anecessity since Europe has grown the cancer known as Putin since 1999…

Evidence is that the Mayan civilization, which was millennia old, collapsed from war. Long story, but initially two superpower city-states controlled the Maya. Tikal may have had 50,000 citizens, straining the resources and ten million lived in Yucatan. There are many analogies with the present world. What is clear is that, helped by a historical drought, the military duopoly broke down, followed by degenerating cycles of wars and sudden destructions. Within a few centuries, more than 95% of Maya civilization had been wiped out, and stayed wiped out for five centuries, until the Conquistadores arrived… In the situation we have the Empire of Democracy has to stay in control… Whatever it takes.

Quantum Bomb Experiment As Double Slit In Disguise… And Easily Explained By Pilot Wave Theories, SQPR…

March 4, 2026

Abstract: People often say, and this is impossible to understand:“The photon learned the bomb was there without interacting with it.

In that famous QUANTUM BOMB TESTER (QBT) experiment one can detect the presence of an object with CERTAINTY without interfering with it, and from OBSERVING A SINGLE PHOTON (appearing in a particular place)

Many view this as ultimate in quantum weirdness. However, it is actually not surprising because Patrice Ayme shows that the famous Quantum Bomb experiment is simply a variation on the theme of the two-slit experiment (which can be rigged carefully in a bomb-like setup, namely knowing something is not there from receiving a single photon).

The Quantum Bomb Tester is only mysterious if one denies ontological status to the wave. In other words the QBT is a mystery only for the fans of Copenhagen Interpretation of the Quantum (CIQ).

But before I explain that iconoclastic viewpoint, let me explain what the bomb experiment is, and then how the superluminal pilot wave explains it naturally. From the horses’ mouths, slightly modified for clarity:

QUANTUM MECHANICAL INTERACTION-FREE MEASUREMENTS Avshalom C. Elitzur(a) and Lev Vaidman School of Physics and Astronomy Tel-Aviv University 69 978 Tel Aviv, ISRAEL.

A novel manifestation of nonlocality of quantum mechanics is presented. It is shown that it is possible to ascertain the existence of an object in a given region of space without interacting with it. The method might have practical applications for delicate quantum experiments.

INTRODUCTION Nonlocality is an intriguing aspect of quantum mechanics. Bell’s inequality1 showed that nonlocality must exist, and Aspect 2 provided an experimental proof. We shall present here yet another manifestation of the nonlocality of quantum mechanics.

We shall describe a measurement which, when successful, is capable of ascertaining the existence of an object in a given region of space, though no particle and no light “touched” this object. This is a new type of an interactionfree quantum measurement which has no classical analog.

Let us begin with a brief review of nonlocal measurements which yield information about the existence of an object in a given region of space. If an object is charged or has an electric (magnetic) moments, then its existence in a given region can be inferred without any particle passing through that region, but rather by the measurement of the electric (magnetic) field the object creates outside the region.

Quantum mechanics allows inferring the existence of an object in a nonlocal way via Aharonov-Bohm effect even when the object creates no electromagnetic field outside a certain space region, but only an electromagnetic potential. Even if the object creates no detectable change at a distance, i.e., it interacts with the external world only locally, its location can often be found in a simple nonlocal interaction-free measurement (i.e., without interacting with the object).

For example, assume it is known that an object is located in one out of two boxes. Looking and not finding it in one box tells us that the object is located inside the other box.

A more sophisticated example of obtaining information in a nonlocal way is the measurement performed on a system prepared in the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen state. If two objects are prepared in an eigenstate of relative position, the measurement of the position of one object yields the position of the other. In the above cases, what allowed us to infer that an object is located in a given place by performing an interaction-free measurement was the information about the object prior to the measurement. In the first example we knew that the object is located inside one of the two boxes, and in the second example we knew about the correlation between the position of one object and that of another.

The question we address in this Letter is this: Is it possible to obtain knowledge about the existence of an object in a certain place using interaction free measurements without any prior information about the object? The answer is, indeed, in the affirmative as we proceed to show.

Our method is based on a particle interferometer which is analogous to the Mach-Zehnder interferometer of classical optics. In principle, it can work with any type of particle.

A particle reaches the first beam splitter… The transmitted and reflected parts of the particle’s wave are then reflected by the mirrors in such a way that they are reunited at another, similar beam splitter. Two detectors collect the particles after they pass through the second beam splitter.

We can arrange the positions of the beam splitters and the mirrors so that, due to the destructive interference, no particles are detected by one of the detectors, say D1 (but all are detected by D2). If, without changing the positions of the mirrors and the beam splitters, we block one of the two arms of the interferometer, the particles which succeeded to pass through the interferometer are detected with equal probability by both detectors D1 and D2. Thus, detector D1 detects particles IF and ONLY IF if something stands in the way of particles in one of the routes of the interferometer.

A practical realization of such an interferometer with electrons and protons is hampered by strong electromagnetic interaction with the environment, but neutron interferometers operate in many laboratories. However, our method requires a single particle interferometer, i.e. an interferometer with one particle passing through it at a time, and there is no appropriate neutron source which produces a single particle state.

Recently experiments were performed with a source of single photon states. Thus we propose to use the Mach-Zehnder interferometer with such a source of single photons.

***

HOW TO FIND AN OBJECT WITHOUT INTERACTING WITH IT? Our procedure for finding out about the existence of an object in a given place, without passing even one photon through it, is as follows: We arrange a photon interferometer as described above, i.e. no photons are detected by D1 when both routes of the interferometer are open, and position it in such a way that one of the routes of the photon passes through the region of space where we want to detect the existence of an object.

We send a single photon through the system. There are three possible outcomes of this measurement: i) no detector clicks, ii) detector D2 clicks, iii) detector D1clicks. In the first case, the photon has been absorbed (or scattered) by the object and never reached the detectors. The probability for this outcome is 1/2. In the second case (the probability for which is ¼), the measurement has not succeeded either. The photon could have reached D1 in both cases: when the object is, and when the object is not located in one of the arms of the interferometer. In this case there has been no interaction with the object so we can try again. Finally, in the third case, when the detector D1 clicks (the probability for which is 1/4), we have achieved our goal: we know that there is an object inside the interferometer without having “touched” the object. Indeed, we saw that the necessary condition for D1 to detect a photon is that one of the routes of the interferometer is obstructed; therefore the object must be there. This is an interaction-free measurement because we had only one photon and has it interacted with the object, it could never reach detector D1

SQPR, (and all Pilot Wave Theories) SHOWS WHY The QUANTUM BOMB TESTER IS OBVIOUS:

In SQPR the Guiding Pilot Wave, (very) roughly the one De Broglie talked about in 1923, forges ahead and establishes a (Bohmian-like) linear interference field. If the bomb is in the way, the PILOT WAVE can’t get through, and thus the guiding field is altered. So, whereas if there is no bomb there is never any field reaching D1

(I have said in the past that the Quantum Bomb Tester proves Pilot Waves and SQPR; that’s not correct mathematically: the two theories are equivalent in this particular kind of experiment; however Pilot Waves theories make the situation conceptually obvious, no mysterious collapse, no many worlds; remark that if the interferometer is cosmic size, the usual mumbo jumbo that a particle is simultaneously in both branches sounds particularly silly…)

***

The original Avshalom Elitzur–Lev Vaidman setup only succeeds 25% of the time; 50% of the time the bomb explodes. So the measurement is “interaction-free” only in the successful branch, not globally. That weakens any mystical reading. Moreover, one can craftily engineer the two slit along the same lines., as follows:

We could invert the 2 slit situation: knowing there is ONLY A SINGLE slit as soon as we detect a photon in the no photon inteference fringe: if one detects a photon in a location that is normally a destructive-interference minimum, one know coherence has been disturbed.

***

Why do some physicists call the Quantum Bomb Tester mysterious? It’s because they believe in the Copehnagen Interpretation Quantum, CIQ (“sick”). The “mystery” language usually arises because: A detector’s click certifies the bomb’s presence in a branch of MZI. Yet in that branch, no energy was transferred. And it works in a single shot: no slow statistical built up. .

From a realist wave perspective — Bohmian, de Broglie, or the SQPR first-approximation regime — the bomb experiment is conceptually tame.(One of SQPR axioms is that the usual waves of QM are those of SQPR, in first approximation, at scales which are neither cosmic nor approaching Planck length…)

***

PHILOSOPHICAL CORE OF THE QUANTUM BOMB:

The bomb experiment mainly exposes the following tension. Is the wave:epistemic (information only)? Or is it ontic (physically real structure)? If the latter, ontic, then the experiment is natural. If the wave is epistemic, a wave of probabilities, the experiment feels strange.

***

The usual narrative says: The photon “would have exploded” the bomb if it went that way. But standard (CIQ) Quantum Mechanics does not assign truth values to that counterfactual (Heisenberg was proud of not assigning truth values to counterfactuals, telling an aghast Einsetin that he and his CIQ friends learned that trick from… Einstein…)

Instead: The amplitude associated with that path was removed by the absorber (the “bomb”). That removal changed interference structure. Nothing says that the photon had a definite unrealized trajectory. So the experiment does not validate counterfactual definiteness (a technical term in Bell experiments science and considerations on reality).

It validates something subtler: Non-actualized branches still shape physical outcomes. That is a statement about the ontology of superposition.

The bomb experiment exposes a tension between two pictures of reality: Classical ontology where Reality = what actually happens. And Quantum ontology where Reality = structure of allowed amplitudes (amplitudes replacing the First Law Of Mechanics from Burida, a discovery published by Louis De Broglie in 1923!)

In quantum mechanics, the unrealized is not nothing, it is dynamically active.. That is radical.

In Pilot-Wave theories (de Broglie/Bohm/ SQPR) what happens is clear: the Pilot Wave gets blocked. More can be said, as SQPR depends upon its own gradient… But another time.

DAD Must Replace MAD. Why Eliminate Iran’s Tyranny… And All Tyrannies…

February 28, 2026

Violence is a problem, and that now, with Weapons of Mass Destruction and Mass Surveillance, more than ever. However, sometimes, in the most extreme cases, violence is the only solution.

I lived in Iran 🇮🇷 for several months. I know what is going there now: atrocious tyranny. How to get rid of it? Not with flowers, wishful thinking and the expectations that fanatic men in black who sleep with God everyday, share the same mentality as average citizens in the Empire Of Democracy (EOD).

Why to get rid of fanatical tyrants? We are one and all the same! MAD has to be replaced by DAD. Let me explain.

MAD, Mutually Assured Destruction was the old strategic doctrine according to which there could not be a nuclear war between the USA and the USSR. But the USSR declined and fell: the tw0-body nuclear balance was over. Instead now Russia has been captured by an imbalanced tyranny which used the threat of nuclear bombs several times to get advantage. It’s also allied to Iran, and bombed Ukraine with more than 10,000 large Iranian drones…

On February 24, 2026, the deranged murderous tyrant of Russia, Putin, declared that France and Britain were planning to give nuclear weapon tech to Ukraine, that this was crossing a red line, and ex-president Medvedev, second on Russia Security Council,  threatened nuclear strikes on Ukraine, France and Britain.

Clearly the threat of nuclear war at the slightest pretext is here.

How did we get rid of Nazism? France and Britain declared war to Germany, September 3, 1939. Nazism was fine with US racists claiming to be living in “isolation”, while US plutocrats invested massively in fascist regimes: Germany, Italy, USSR and… Japan (whose invasion of China was fueled by US oil)… In 1937, top German generals and admirals asked the US and UK to side with France so they would have a pretext to kill the Nazis. Instead they were denounced to the Nazi leader!

When a mass murderous regime is entrenched, only a level of violence it cannot respond to will defeat it! A lesson from the real world

The point 👉 is that we are now all neighbors, civilization is one now more than ever. We can’t say that a nuclear armed tyranny is on the other side of the Earth 🌎  and sound intelligent if we forget that’s half an hour away. This is not 1945 anymore when the other side was a week of travel away. This is not just the nuclear age, this is the hypersonic suborbital age.

There is also the moral responsibility of letting regimes we indirectly do business with not respect basic human rights. I say “indirect” because, for example, Iran sells oil to China to make goods for the West..

In Afghanistan women are presently treated worse than slaves. That happened because influential fake progressives in the USA and Europe did not care enough.

Women were treated well in Iran before the Mollahs came: there were women alpinists, whom I met in the mountains guiding parties, there were women police officers, arresting big macho Iranians along broad avenues all by themselves (I saw it with my eyes).

Maybe the rights of women don’t matter to you. I have a friend who went to Afghanistan recently, he is very wealthy, crisscrossing the globe, everybody is happy to see him and his money, especially the Afghans. He had the best time. He also did not see or hear a single female. There females do not go to high school.   The Iranian regime believes in an extremely vicious version of Islam (I grew up with one completely opposed to that; but there the Iranian style clerics had always been outlawed…)

Martin Niemöller, a German Lutheran pastor, initially supported the Nazis in the early 1930s (he even voted for Hitler and held some antisemitic views at first), but he later became a vocal critic of the regime, particularly over Nazi interference in the churches. He was arrested in 1937, spent years in concentration camps (including Sachsenhausen and Dachau), and survived until liberation in 1945. He confessed the following after the war:

“First they came for the Communists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a Communist.

Then they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me— and there was no one left to speak out for me.”

Some will scoff: criticized for letting grow fascist murderous anti-right terror in France by Italian PM Georgia Meloni, French president Macron said something about the world becoming a better place if everyone were staying at home to guard their own sheep  (that’s the way Macron spitefully conceives apparently of the French people, with himself as a watchdog of the French sheep…) Meloni was right, though: at suborbital speed, it takes only around two minutes to go from Paris to Rome, so the danger of contamination of Italy by French extremists is an Italian problem, not just a French disaster.

Nationalism in the matter of global psychology is not just wrong, it’s incredibly stupid. Whatever happens in Beijing or Washington concerns us all. A world government does not formally exist, but a world government must be imposed, as 200 countries armed with nukes is not a solution with a future… Especially in the case of countries led by individuals who sleep with God every night…

The present state of weapons tech makes it so that ANY dictatorship is a clear, present and mortal danger for ANY democracy, worldwide.

The solution is DAD DICTATORSHIPS ASSURED DESTRUCTION. This is the way out, there is no other.

Iranian Islamists strike US Navy fleet Headquarters, Bahrein, February 28, 2026.
