Europe’s Anti-Civilizational Drive: Why And How

April 5, 2026

Silly anti-civilizational propaganda siding with Putin and theocrats, claims that tariffs and blockade could persuade a death cult like the Shia to suddenly turn reasonable and friendly to democracy. Seducing the Shia was tried for 47 years, and by the best and brightest, and it did not work: there were bombs in Paris (the French president then prevented the media from saying the bombing plots originated in Iran), hundreds of French and US troops were killed in mass bombings (1983), etc. Iran financed massively terrorist groups in Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, Iraq, etc. And harbors Al Qaeda… For years, Iranian proxies have required huge and costly force deployment to keep the Red Sea (hence the Suez Canal in Egypt) somewhat open.

The Shia’s obsession is to surprise the West with nuclear 9/11s, and, after nuclear bombings some cities in the West, they would be elated to die as martyrs: the religion the Shia believe in, a hard core variant of Islam, tells them that killing all the Jews and dying as martyrs fighting for their God are the highest callings.

Bombing the Shia into the Stone Age is entirely feasible, safe and effective to prevent them from committing, or threatening to commit, mass murder with nuclear weapons.

Contrarily to what some sensationalists have pretended, aerial bombing works. It was even done to Nazi Germany, and destroyed it as a functioning country… Although at the time, bombs were extremely inaccurate. Present day accuracy has enabled air power to enforce battlefield interdiction: approaching within a few times tube range (guns) of the frontline becomes a highly dangerous military activity.

With the Shia, there is no alternative. The aim is not necessarily to destroy their missiles outright because they are the pretext for extending the bombing campaign until the true objectives are achieved.

The real aim of the bombing campaign is to destroy the Shia Defense Industrial Base. And if that is not enough to persuade them, then the DIB, Dual Industrial Base (not just the defense factories and steel mills, but also the power infrastructure).

This aerial submission of Iran to anti-nuclear rationality is also a warning for the Chinese dictator Xi to stop his aggression in the South China Sea and threats against Taiwan.

The sweet and soft method was tried by Obama with the Shia. Obama even gave them 50 billion dollars. It did not work. The Shia went on with a massive, state of the art, nuclear war preparation program. Differently from any power on Earth, while pursuing nuclear war preparations, Shia Iran was loud and clear that at least country had to be annihilated. No other country in the world has a loud and clear agenda of annihilation for another country.

In a testimony to Persia’s ancient technological prowess, the Shia even developed some weapons that no other power has. And those weapons work: consider the destruction of that US AWACS E3 plane on a distant taxiway (probably localized by Putin’s space force), or the double tap (second projectile in the hole made by the first) at the US embassy in Riyadh which ravaged with a fire that lasted hours, the CIA headquarters there.

As with Shia ally Putin, only ultimate strength works.. This is more of a world war than anything else.

European leadership, which was pro-Putin for 23 years, is now showing its true color: betraying the European civilizational heritage so that the greedsters presently in power can stay so indefinitely.

So far, in the last three decades, European leadership has betrayed Europe. Now European leadership insists on betraying the USA. It will not have any luck, because that would require too much of an assault against rationality. But the plutocratic propagandists are trying, and rationality, and now even science, are under assault.

Free speech too is cancelled: evoking an interpretation of an obscure law from 1881 CE (!), the head of the CGT, long the mightiest union in France, and close to the French Communist Party, Sophie Binet, was indicted by the French Judicial system on December 2, 2025, for saying that French bosses (business owners) are « rats qui quittent le navire… le seul objectif est l’appât du gain » (French bosses are rats leaving the ship, their only motivation is greed). The International Confederation of Trade Unions saw this unprecedented assault against Free Speech an attack against democracy in France. (Even during the terrible Franco-Algerian civil war, in the 1950s and 1960s, I do not remember a major union boss being indicted, especially for speaking; OK, they were males and Sophie is a female…)

And don’t hint that the French first lady has been a pedophile (she ensnared the president when he was 15 or so, and she was his teacher), or that she may be a man: French people have gone to prison for that. Present French leaders (and that notion of leadership includes the independent judges) have gone to extremes of ridicule not even seen under Louis XVI (the virulent caricatures of his wife and queen then were often not punished).

In the latest news from France the anti-civilizational government is putting professional anthropologists, philosophers (Michel Onfray), C News (French most watched media), and Charles Darwin on trial of sorts, and certainly to the reprobation of the nation… For saying man was a great ape… which hurts the French government, presumably made of little apes, while loudly propagandizing for… Islam (this is a reference to French “interior minister” Nunez’s declarations in April 2026 which were as explicit as possible; he then excused himself! Instead of resigning!). What the present French government in 2026 did was name a “commission of experts” to apparently see what could be done against Charles Darwin’s public insults of 1871…. In a book readily available, called the “Descent of Man“. Indeed, that is an implicit insult against the Qur’an (which tells us that monkeys are actually Jews punished by Allah).

One may wonder how come the European leadership became so keen on devolution? The answer is simple: Europe was defeated in the Second World War, by the USA and its proxy, the USSR (to whom half of Europe was given at Yalta before going to make a deal with the Saudis at the Great Bitter Lake in Egypt). Superficially, France and Britain won WW2, but they were devastated economically and financially and indebted more than ever to the true victor, the US Deep Plutocratic State which was going around the world as if it owned it, because it did, and whose brand new CIA was deciding whom, among millions of captured Nazis, could be put to good usage.

The general idea was to install in Europe the same old plutocracy as before, but now as an explicit vassal of the USA. In exchange, NATO, financed 70% by the USA would ensure the “protection” of Western Europe, just as the Kremlin ensured the “protection” of Eastern Europe.

France rebelled, and developed her own fully independent nuclear forces and Defense Industrial Base, but that was OK: France originated much of Western civilization, including England and the USA and launched the nuclear bomb program, plus assaulted the Nazis first, and all alone for years, so the Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations knew better than argue with the French: that could actually, at the time, lead to a scandal and thus detection and rejection of the entire US Plutocratic Deep State vassalization of Europe (say by having the Germans and the Brits realizing that they were had in a vast US plot… Just as they are finally doing in 2026, in much less outrageous circumstances… Thanks to Trump, European leaders have to admoit they are pawns of the US DPS… A striking irony…).

A defeatist mentality was installed in Europe to make this mental, financial, economic, industrial and scientific submission easier and more permanent (That was done by propagandizing various impotent philosophies, such as the Absurd, so-called “Existentialism”, so-called French Theory, and even Pedocriminality, which was presented as a “liberation ideology”, the opposite of what it was, a grotesque and criminal notion fostered to precisely attack the rational centers of unsuspecting neurologies). That installation consisted in part of putting intellectuals and journalists on CIA payroll (50 most prominent journalists in France alone were put on CIA payroll in the 1950s). European plutocracy thrived under the close watch of the US Plutocratic Deep State.

Then came Putin, who extracted wealth from Russia through his patented oligarchs, sending that stolen wealth to European plutocratic oligarchic colleagues, while providing Europe with energy to create a co-dependency: this way We The People of Europe got tied in much more to the world’s plutocratic order: to have energy in Europe, one had to please the Kremlin’s tyrant and his attached oligarchs making their Western colleagues wealthier and more potent, especially as they had bought all the media, to tell We The People was was true and obvious… Energy procurement was outlawed or discouraged in Europe, to accelerate deindustrialization; for example a secret pact was made in 1999 to sabotage the French nuclear energy in all ways, between the French “Greens” (who are anything but “Green”) and the Socialist PM Jospin: that profited Putin, and the plutocratic system attached to him, as intended…

An anecdotal demonstration of this: even after Putin started to invade Ukraine in 2014, France sent crucial military equipment, for example “optronics”, infrared detection electronics, for the Russian air, missile and tank forces (while Trump was sending Javelin anti-tank missiles to Ukraine…)

The European elite has been used to living with Putin, welcoming his money, oil and gas, and hiding it in plain sight. Now they have a problem, because Ukraine, flush initially with US weapons (initially sent by Trump I, before a delayed flood from Biden…), resisted Putin. The treacherous European leadership then had to do as if they resisted Putin (while not resisting him much): appearances are everything.

Meanwhile the European left realized that more and more of the electorate had enough with their masquerade (superficial socialism over-taxing the middle class while profiting the hyper wealthy). So the self-declared “Left” made an alliance with (pseudo-) Greens and Islamists. And here we are.

***

Deindustrialization is nothing new: the Roman Republic died that way. Right, under Rome, industry was mostly agriculture, but there was great replacement of Roman independent little farmers, the backbone of Rome, by giant agribusinesses manned by armies of slaves (one latifundia could have ten thousand slaves). That broke the back of the Roman middle class, which was the spine of the Republic. It was also a conspiracy and a plot, because, starting with Tiberius Gracchus, the full theory of what was going on was exposed. And there was deliberate will, on the part of the self-described “Optimates” (they were “optimal”) to destroy the middle class and the Centuriate Assembly (Rome’s direct democracy voting assembly). Actually the rage of the Senate against Caesar was caused by him overriding the Senate (where the Optimates ruled) to go directly to the Assembly when he was Consul in 59 BCE, and do what the Gracchi and their thousands of followers, over generations, could not do: redistribution of land.

Rome died of its deindustrialization. First the army got professional, following its generals to get more money, then took power after horrendous civil wars. Then the decimated population got replaced by more placid middle easterners. In the end much of everything Roman collapsed and the Barbarians took over (fortunately the Franks had been prepared as a second foundation of Rome; yes they were armed farmers, like the original Rome, and they had learned to speak Latin).

The plutocrats though were happy: many of them stayed in power for centuries, even millennia. In the present Europe, many families in power have been that way for centuries. Paradoxically that system installed in its latest version by the USA after 1945, has now turned against the US, which needs an ally and discovers that Europe has LOST AGENCY.

Stay tuned, this is only the beginning…

Is EUROPE RIGHT to be UPSET about the US?

March 12, 2025

In one word: no. The present US government, in 2025, is Europe’s best friend. The most intriguing part is not that Europe is upset like a little child who would scream from shots to vaccinate her. What is most interesting is that, when Europe had very good reasons to be upset about the USA, long ago, Europe did not notice the problem.

Must Europe Go Back To School, Taught By Uncle Sam?

Maybe I should rephrase that: Must Europe go back to the school of HARD KNOCKS, taught by Uncle Sam?

Tensions have arisen between Europe and the US, greatly stoked by the European media controlling the European information space, itself under orders of its owners, European plutocrats. European plutocrats make handbags, US plutocrats make rockets, electronics and software. So the popularity of Americans in Europe has been collapsing… enabling me, as an American in Europe and Trump gourmet, to have great fun at the grocery store or when meeting pseudo-intellectuals.

Thus the reason for the anti-US derangement in Europe is not hard to find: European plutocracy’s strategy has been to deindustrialize, to better control an increasingly impotent population. US internal policy has been, in the last 16 years and beyond, to do the exact opposite. Trump has extended a US industrialization as a core government policy started in the 1930s and renewed under Obama. By contrast, the EU hates industrial programs and has done its best for France not to have any…athough, not amused by Trump’s circus, as intended, Europe has announced a U turn on Defense… in 2025, after a few weeks of Trump’s vigorous teaching… France, under Marshall Sully and later Colbert, had government sponsored economic and industrialization program, since the Sixteenth Century. Such a strategy is called “Mercantilism” and the USA always practiced it. France was the pioneer, but got blocked by the EU.

The USA started as 13 European colonies, which, from their point of view, beat the Natives at their own game, human nature centered on individual freedom. Indeed, some American cultural elements come from the “Indians” themselves or from the interaction with the Indians, or interaction with the European powers, centuries ago, and have been institutionalized. When in the Eighteenth Century, Lybians captured some Americans, Washington created, and sent the US Marines (whose basic song incorporates that fact). Europeans had been paying ransoms to North African pirates, and the Americans’ fierce attitude led to Britain bombarding Algiers and subsequently France invading Algeria, a den of pirates under nominal Ottoman control.

Right from the start the US was an empire, an imperial republic and local democracy, mightier than Rome. The USA is a world country that is continent sized, an union of 50 states, with massive historical immigration. In a way, the true European Union exists, and it’s called the USA. The so-called EU is fake in comparison.

The US is actually a country of immigrants who learned to live together by uniting around some basic human behaviors. After 1945, the USA became a world empire, and one of its missions has been to protect impotent, lazy, fun loving but decerebrated vassals who spend only 1% of their GDP on Defense (examples are Canada, Spain and Italy, and, until very recently, Germany).

However, China is acquiring a huge stockpile of nuclear weapons, while making threatening noises all the way down to Indonesia. Since Obama, the US presidency recognizes that it must direct its military spending that way. So Europeans are asked to at least spend enough on Defense to dissuade the Kremlin from further adventures. They would rather go in vacation to Dubai or Bali, as nuclear war is none of their business, just like the fate of the Jews was none of their business in the 1930s.

Europeans glorify in not becoming wealthier, but the freedom that poverty gives them, makes them increasingly owned by the USA, China, even Russia, and degenerating. Europe may have been civilized, but now one can be put in prison in Sweden for burning a religious book, a first since the religious obscurantism of the Middle Ages.

In the US, I have access to a French drug to treat a lethal genetic condition. In France, one cannot get the same drug, until one has had a stroke. France is not wealthy enough to afford its own drug made by Sanofi in France.

When French nuclear power plants started to fail from planned lack of maintenance, US nuclear welders had to be brought in, because France did not have enough nuclear welders. When the Chinese bought French EPR nuclear reactors, they built them, and got them to work years ago. France is still trying to launch their original EPR… Why? France has lost technical expertise. A secret deal between French “ecologists” and the Socialist PM Jospin was to degenerate the French nuclear industry and replace it by gas from the genocidal tyrant Putin, a friend of European “ecologists”.

In the guise of going beyond nationalism, Europe has created the EU, a consumer union, producing regulations and not much more than that. Industrial competency was lost in Europe, and that was deliberate. Starting with Obama, investing in Tesla and SpaceX, and accelerating with Trump, then Biden, the US saw the enslavement that deindustrialization brings, and is now fiercely reindustrializing. .  .

Ironically, Europeans, in their creation of the EU, elevated the markets to be divine leaders, a form of naivety that neither China, India or the USA ever had. That way, Europe is more American, the way Europe imagines and despises America, than America itself!

The present European society is completely unsustainable, as it cannot insure its own security: except for France, Europe has too small, and too US dependent a Defense Industrial Base. After the Kremlin genocidal tyrant launched his full invasion of Ukraine, Europe reacted by buying US weapons (2/3, two-thirds of European purchases were US weapons). The US controls many of these US controls: Denmark is going to reconquer Greenland with US controlled US jets….Most European countries felt that it was smarter to become vassals of Washington even more than they already were, rather than to embark in some cooperation with France, who is viewed as somewhat anti-American (when in truth US and France are sister republic and the former exists only because of the latter: if not for France’s massive intervention in North America under Louis XVI, Canada would extend to Florida… And much of the rest would be French…)

In November, Macron, Zelinskyy and Trump met in private in Paris, with Trump not very discreetly dressed brightly in blue and yellow, the colors of the Ukrainian flag. Some strategy had to be devised to kick Europe into helping Ukraine win the war. That meant forcing Europe to spend more on Defense, and the three greatest beneficiaries of that are going to be Ukraine, France and the USA…. Hence the pedagogical theater of the last few weeks…

Let’s not be blind anymore, please… Uncle Sam has often turned out to also be Uncle Scam, right… Amusingly, among those scams, details of history known as WW1, WW2, and even… “decolonization”. Naive Europeans did not notice yet that the German menace was only made possible because the USA craftily refuse to help its parents, France and Britain, in a timely manner! The US Deep State, part of which is US academia, controls European minds so well that this elephant in the porcelain shop has not been observed yet.

The USA played a key role in enabling the fascist assaults on civilization in WW1 and WW2… before coming to the rescue of the mayhem it had helped to create… The US ran the Franco-British blockade in WW1, enabling the “Second Reich” to wage war and the US plutocracy, led by Henry Ford pretty much financed and helped create Nazism in the 1030s…

But, although a warning, that’s irrelevant to the present tense. Europe must be an empire and thus must be defended… or then must just be a full vassal of Washington. The time to decide has come.

Macron, Trump and Zelinskyy conspiring in Paris, to get Europe to engage against Putin, and against China, and Iran, for real, December 6, 2024…

Plutocratization, Deindustrialization, Demilitarization: From Rome to US.

May 19, 2024

The proximal cause of the fall of the Roman state was military: in August 379 CE, in a stunning catastrophe, a rogue army of Goths who had been admitted as refugees inside the empire, destroyed the Oriental Roman field army. The fault was emperor Valens’ vainglory: he had rejected the advice of the Frankish chief of staff of the Occidental field army to wait for the latter, it was only a couple of days away. 27 years later, on Christmass day, German nations galloped through the frozen Rhine and a curtain of surprised Franks, who under treaty (“foedus”) had been put in charge of defending the borders of Germania and Gallia… In a matter of months, Western Roman plutocracy would lose much of its tax base, and the Roman state would be unable to pay its armies (Rome had more than 600,000 soldiers on its payroll).

Now the Roman imperial state in the Fourth Century had little in common with the “Restituted Republic” of Augustus… Which itself was a parody of the Roman Republic that existed when Caesar was Consul in 59 BCE (Caesar passed his land redistribution law, by going directly to the National Assembly and its tribunes, ignoring the Senate… Augustus would terminate the Tribunate, hence the Assembly… At that point the tyrannical worm was in the Roman fruit…)

Ancient Rome lived through, and died from, the same process of deindustrialization and de-energizing as part of plutocratization that the West has been experiencing today. That’s the basic cause of the Fall of Rome. The decay of the Republic started immediately after the Second Punic war. One difficulty was that the Republic had become imperial, but it had no fast communication means…that was solvable: in 1791, the Frenchman Claude Chappe developed the optical telegraph, a succession of towers with mechanical arms, and a message would go at 1380 kmh (supersonic). France had a network of 556 stations stretching a total distance of 4,800 kilometers (3,000 mi). Le système Chappe was used for military and national communications until the 1850s.. Now of course, the French had telescopes… But Rome had exquisite glass making and could have developed glasses and then telescopes. The European Middle Ages developed glasses because the precision work of older artisans was appreciated..

And actually the Ancient Greek had developed a very complex optical-hydraulic optical telegraph which depended upon torches…. It’s shown on Trajan’s column…

The truth is, the ravenous, rapacious elite had no interest in saving the Republic, so blocked the development of any science and tech which would have enabled it to do so.

How did we get there?

The morally correct elite, infused with the old Roman Republican traditions had been killed in battle, fighting Carthage and its allies. Just at the battle of Cannae, Among the Roman dead were 28 of 40 tribunes, up to 80 Romans of Senatorial or high magistrate rank, and at least 200 knights (Romans of equestrian rank). It was estimated that 20 percent of Roman fighting men between the ages of 18 and 50 died at Cannae… And Cannae was just one of three tremendous defeats…

… While the greedy landlords of fortified Roman cities thrived and small peasants’ farms got ravaged….

Being a Republic, Rome could draft armies, whereas Carthage, at the time much more of an oligarchic plutocracy, depended upon mercenaries. This, plus the genius of Scipio Africanus, enabled Scipio to land in Africa and defeat Hannibal there…

HOWEVER, after that hard won victory, 17 years of total war, small farms got bought by the exploiters of war, the rich and giant slave driven latifundia, technically illegal, covered the land. (Interestingly this did not happen in Gaul, which kept its small farms; so Gaul ultimately didn’t collapse demographically or economically… differently from Italy; that made Gaul the natural new power center, as became clear in the 6th century…)

The fundamental reason for this socio-economic devastation of the core of Rome is that plutocrats want to evade the laws of the republic, and make deals with distant dictators which they enable in turn. Thus the plebs are rendered powerless, and in turn made unable to resist the elite of rapacious exploiters. After the victory over Carthage and its allies, including no less than Macedonia, slave markets were flooded with supply and the wealthiest bought enough to man the giant farms, the “latifundia”. Technically owning much of these giant agribusinesses broke the law: there was an absolute limit on wealth in the Roman Republic (and also laws against luxury! By contrast, the world’s wealthiest man in 2023, a Frenchman sold luxury goods…). The Tribune Tiberius Gracchus proposed and had the Populus (people voted directly!) vote a law to effect redistribution of these riches. Over the next generation, the “Optimates” would do their best to assassinate the thousands of individuals who were in position to help implement that law.

The latifundia ruined the plebian smallholders who had produced the essential of the agricultural supply of Rome. They had grown wheat, barley, beans, peas, chickpeas, olives… Pressed between long military duties, and having to manage their farms at a distance (through their wives and employees or trusted slaves), small Roman farmers were reduced to destitution. Tiberius Gracchus wrote that the lives of Roman soldiers were worse than that of wild beasts, who, at least, had dens they called home.

The exact same mechanism of emptying the core is at work today. It’s crucially helped by an ideology of “free trade”… which only Europe respects, thus explaining that the relative socio-economic collapse is greatest there..

“Free Trade” pretends that all the economic policy that is needed is no trade barriers and everything will go for the best. That is in contradiction with millennia of economic history. When the Republic of Florence in the middle of the Middle Ages decided to exist, it had to pay for an army, and it did that by issuing bonds. Later, especially in the Seventeenth Century, France and England, Europe’s superpowers engage in state sponsored economics: mostly America and tobacco for England, a bit of everything else for France. The state sponsored glass maker famous for Versailles is still one of the world’s largest glass makers, four centuries later, employing 170,000 people in 75 countries. For centuries top European countries, and the US, followed the economic thought known as “mercantilism”…. The USA still does, and always did, but with Trump-Biden, mercantilism is back in force. Biden just brought up tariffs on Chinese goods, including electronics and electric cars by up to 100% (May 2024). Most of Chinese trade is with supine Europe, though…

When the Roman “Optimates” (the “Best”) tried to take power in Rome they disingenuously pretended that the leaders of their opponents from the “Populares”, the “Populists” wanted to make themselves “kings”. The epithet was hurled at the Gracchi, Marius and his nephew Caesar… Nowadays, it is hinted that Trump wants to become a king… But, more directly, “Populist” itself has become an insult… Whereas the assassins of Caesar disingenuously claimed that they acted in the name of the People, something they found the same day, and thereafter, to be completely false… In the present time, “People” has become an insult outright… While the so-called “democratic” leaders claim they are heading democracies, that is People-Powers. Even Roman optimates did not sink that low in contradiction in adjecto…

After a very timid start under Obama helping out SpaceX and Tesla (for reasons of sheer greed as US politicians invested in these, making fortunes as the laws they passed were so biased in favor of these boondoggles, that normal investors took them seriously only too late…), reindustrialization got in high gear under Trump… Biden then extended Trump’s work. In Europe, France, come 2024, which has been most affected by deindustrialization, talks the loudest about reindustrializing… But the road will be harder in Europe… Although Putin should be helping… After all, he is succeeding in his weaponization….

After winning the Cold War against the Soviets, the West relaxed and phased out its Defense Industrial Base (US President Ike’s MIC, the Military Industrial Complex), Professors with as little knowledge of wisdom, history and human nature proclaimed the “End of History”.,, As they considered we had achieved a perfect democratization to go along with our perfect civilization. This was obviously erroneous: the CO2 crisis was real and had no solution, as civilization depended crucially on fossil fuels and the fossil fuelists had paid the ecologists to focus on destroying nuclear energy, that is, the only alternative significant fuel source.

An analogy in Rome was the mining crisis. Rome depended crucially upon metals, for coinage, weapons and architecture. At the peak, Roman annual production of metals was close to 200,000 metric tons. Also total Roman silver was ten times that of the Caliphate in 800 CE… Silver was important for coinage: the Franks got theirs in Eastern Europe. China finally got enough silver for making coins from Potosi, Bolivia, thanks to the Conquistadores (beats carrying around bulky copper.) In the Seventh Century, the metal crisis got so acute that the metallic roofs of Rome were stripped to make weapons against the Arabs.

But Rome had other ecological crises and pandemics: the Roman climate optimum finished just as smallpox appeared…There was also a demographic crisis, perhaps caused by the diminution of democracy. The Barbarians may have been barbaric, but they may have enjoyed more of a perverse form of democracy conducive to a higher birth rate, and certainly better living conditions out there in tents, rather than dense insalubrious conurbations…

After the destruction of the Occidental Roman army in 394 CE at the hand of Theodosius and his Goths, the West was thereafter defenseless. Perceiving weakness, the Barbarians charged in over the frozen Rhine.

The Barbarian tribes were small in numbers: a draft could have created armies of millions of Romans (they would have had to be armed!)… But the will of the Roman plutocrats was to stay in power, and thus make deals with the invaders whenever possible…. Better to associate the Barbarians as warriors… didn’t Augustus have German bodyguards?

There was a great replacement of population, synchronously with the rise of the fascist empire. Nowadays, the same is occurring: in most European countries, onerous taxes and decreased services make it difficult for the natives to have children: the money is redistributed to give immigrants, poor and somewhat illegal at some point a very good time, proportional to the number of children they have….

When you see the world’s wealthiest man, a Frenchman, at the presidential palace, with his family, one of the many top potentates going there, you know where such ideas come from: the European higher class fear a revolution… which would be instigated easily by looking at the tax code… critically… It advantages the wealthiest…

The same situation holds in the USA… But it’s somehow not as degenerated as yet. Reconstituting the Defense Industrial Base is proving difficult: a flood of money can’t replace competence. And competence comes from education, that takes time. In some European countries, and France there again is the poster girl, a society of consumers has been created: all they want is panem et circenses… All they can want is that: they have no other competence.

And the plutocrats know just one thing: competent Westerners may mean their denial. No wonder they were so fond of Putin… But then Putin proved to be his own man… And broke the spell…

In the demise of Rome, the slow rise of crises was a factor: the Roman leaders could argue there was no crisis, just a plague, just some lucky Barbarians, until the system broke, for all to see, between emperor Philip The Arab (who ruled 5 years) and Aurelianus, a generation later….

Now we are facing at the very least, for all to see, nuclear Armageddon (from Putin, and if not him, others arming themselves to the nuclear teeth…), terminal ecological crisis (from half a dozen crises, and pieces of oceans are dying here and there…), and a democratic crisis: dictatorship are appearing all over… Potentially nuclear armed, it’s not a matter of sending a gunship to put in place more amenable types…

Rome could have engaged in an industrial revolution by fostering innovation deliberately and intensely as a government policy. We have this encouragement to innovation now… At least in the USA. We saw it in the 1960s, and now again under Trump, followed by Biden… Europe had state encouragement of innovation for centuries… That was launched by the Franks: a Merovingian queen like Brunehilde made a writer such as Fortunatus in Italy a proposal he couldn’t refuse, and he went to her court in Francia.

The European tech singularity was greatly caused by Bathilde’s outlawing of slavery and the sale of children… In the Seventh Century… It was well worth executing a few bishops (bishops loved armies of slaves).

The European pro-innovation, pro-progress tradition has now been considerably weakened by “woke”. “Woke” has been keen to accuse Europe of having invaded the world… although a closer examination shows that Europeans, with their more advanced tech, made to the Natives proposal they couldn’t refuse: the conquest of the Aztecs by 1,500 Conquistadores and an army of 100,000 Natives is exemplary that way… Amusingly the exception is the USA where a genocide happened. Indeed, the Neolithic occupants were outright destroyed by English speaking colonists… while the French were much more respectful of the Natives (and this ios why the French lost, and why the Spaniards outright stopped the Conquista in the 16 C for ethical reasons…)

The sort of poisonous thinking known under various names according to its various aspects: wokism, “French Theory”, “decolonization”… a current of thought which started to fester especially in France after the bitter victory of World War One, and which the Kremlin and Washington have found profitable to encourage…

The present situation is far from desperate: logically, Europeans should realize their civilization is facing imminent destruction. Differently from Rome in 406 CE, the situation is still recoverable…. But, just like Rome in Fourth Century, it’s a military situation… First and proximal. And just as Rome did not do in the Fourth Century, augmenting democracy would help considerably the military angle.

Good democracy, good military: the Greek city-states, and Republican Rome demonstrated this in ample fashion. Putin is the most militaristic plutocrat, and probably the most satanic… But he arose from his peers, or as plutocrat Lavrov, his foreign minister, says:”our colleagues“… We need to rearm in more than one way…

Patrice Ayme

Superior generalship of Hannibal, and excellent Celtic mercenaries in his center, enabled Hannibal to envelop the Roman army at Cannae and compress it… Under a rain of ballistics (from slingers and archers). Roughly the same scenario happened at Hadrianopolis in 379 CE, six centuries later.

The losses at Cannae had been nearly double those at Adrianopolis… However by the time of Adrianopolis, Rome was a plutocracy and Theodosius would replace the Roman army elite by… the Goths… who had won at Adrianopolis… Whereas after Cannae, Trasimene, etc. even after giant losses, Rome was able to draft more Roman legions… Interestingly the Roman state of 379 CE had ten times more people, hence potentially could have drafted millions…

Is it Criminal To Elect War Criminals? Is Deindustrialization Criminal?

October 11, 2020

IRAQI LIVES DON’T MATTER, FRACKING IS ALL WHAT MATTERS?

Were the Germans who voted for Hitler culprit? Official Common Wisdom says no, but it is manufactured by the powers that be. I say yes, the Germans were culprit. They were inhabited by systematically racist and vicious moods, in the average. Moreover, they strived not to know any better. However, when they voted for Hitler, the Nazis had not yet committed any crimes against humanity yet. The Nazis had not yet killed three millions in Iraq (and never would).

Only a careful examination of Germany in 1932, could perhaps have shown systemic crimes committed by the Nazis, but that was not obvious as the Nazis accused others of mayhem, and the media had been captured by fascism already. Also, the ideology of the Nazis rested on lies, and many of these lies were shared by the German people, and not just the German people, but also many Anglo-Saxon trouble makers … for example, the outrage at the Versailles Treaty… which in truth was mostly a treaty of liberation of land occupied by imperial Germany under a systematically racist system… was systematically promoted by Anglo-Saxon plutocrats and their serving intelligentsia… to this day (2020 CE).

After the Second World War, the US plutocracy reinstalled the German plutocracy which had put Hitler in power, back in power As Soon As Possible. The official idea presented to the public was general forgiveness for Germany and putting Germany back on its feet ASAP. The real truth was quite different.

The deepest reason to put prominent Nazis, such as Marshall Von Manstein, author of the attack on France, back in power, had its own sinister, and most significant dimension: US plutocracy had put Hitler in power… In the sense that US plutocracy, and this is not in books, nor taught in historically Nazi friendly universities such as Harvard, was the most important factor in putting Hitler in power. The early Nazi Party was completely financed by US plutocrats. Later, in the decade 1923-1933, the American plutocratic and banking connection was also the most important factor in putting Hitler in power (consider Schacht’s connections and role). That is the dimension of Nazism which, unsurprisingly, is neither taught nor revealed… because, if it were understood, and if its subsequent coverup were understood, would have dramatic consequences in the understanding of contemporary society. Understanding the deepest roots of Nazism would show the West has been run as a stealth plutocracy for much longer than is generally suspected, and the world wars were a consequence. Most would find this so upsetting they will prefer to ignore the notion.

What would Caesar think? It may depend whether he would be asked before his assassination, or after

To put it in one nutshell, Nazism was a trick which could only increase the power of the US Deep State, and its entangled plutocracy. The pro-Nazi policy of the US Deep State and its plutocracy was a direct continuation from the pro-racist German policy of Democratic US President Woodrow Wilson, the most racist president the USA ever had. Disconcertingly, but ultimately fortunately, for the US Deep State, Nazism had functioned even better than intended, destroying Europe in general and Russia, Britain and France in particular, clearing the way for the glorious American century.

So a myth was invented: the Germans were not culprit of Nazism, they were innocent, because they just didn’t know.  In other words, go kill millions in Vietnam or Iraq, you are innocent because you didn’t know. In truth, they didn’t know because they didn’t want to know. Except some, like Muhammad Ali knew, and fought a war against the war, at great risk and discomfort to themselves.

Systems of thought are enslaved to systems of moods. First they love, or hate, or systematically ignore, then they think. Julius Caesar, in Bellum Gallicum, put it ironically:

Men freely believe that which they desire.” —

Thus if one is searching for the root of a collective behavior, one has to search for the moods lurking in its roots. In the case of Germany the mood in 1919 was deeply ingrained in the preceding two centuries and one finds it written down in Keynes’ work (yes the British leader of the Versailles negotiations in 1919): Slavs, in particular Poles were so inferior to Germans, wrote Keynes, that they would mismanage the economy, should they become free of German administration… in Poland. Systemic racism was taken for granted.

Is It Criminal To Offshore Crucial Industry To China?

The question now is what do we find written down which sustains an outrage just as great as the support of US plutocracy for Hitler? It is simple, it is written and shown all over the plutocratic media: the most striking fact, as the pandemic started, was the incapacity of many ex-industrial countries, including France and the USA, to supply enough basic protection equipment for their own populations (unsurprisingly the West’s most industrialized country, Germany, led by a physicist, did the best in fighting the epidemic; Germany, thanks to its industrial basis, has been able to test and track intelligently).

As late as September 2020, jumbo jets carrying masks landed in France, coming from China and watched over by the armed military as if they were carrying diamonds.

The striking deindustrialization of most of the West, is a most significant fact: how can people be free if they do not build the most basic things they need? The likes of Paul Krugman have said: do not worry, free trade, new trade theory: we carry nothing but a smile, they will provide us with everything.

In truth what the West is providing China with is plutocracy. That sounds absurd, but it happened before. When the Roman State collapsed it could have mustered enormous forces and stopped the collapse. But it didn’t want to, because the mood called Christianity had seized the land, and turning the other cheek, to get another slap, was thought superior to forging swords, and training We The People to fight. The Barbarians invading the empire had, altogether at most a couple hundred thousands fighting men over 40 years… and probably much less. The Roman empire could have raised an army of ten millions…

What was going on? Why was that irresistible Roman army not raised, to save civilization? Simple: the last thing the Roman plutocracy wanted was a revolution from We The People. Barbarian invasion was felt to be a lesser evil, as far as the ruling plutocracy was concerned. We know this because the Roman elite intermarried with barbarians early on: the half Vandal Stilicho was regent of the Roman empire by 395 CE, the year when the invasions into the Roman empire became so uncontrolled, that barbarians invaded Italy.

One of my friend, who had, or has, a US Defense contract, and works for one of the GAFA, commutes to China all the time: he set up his company there, making the same sort of electronics he was under contract with the CIA and the like to furnish. I have interesting friends.

I was talking to a friend of mine who is a big time tenured professor in a famous US university. He works in the sort of field crucial for the Twenty-First century: foundations of robotics from neurology. His rage against Trump is colossal: Trump caused the deaths in the epidemic by dismantling the unit! Trump destroyed the EPA! Trump talks to people in a demeaning way! Trump thinks he is a genius! And it’s not true! He saw it all himself! Trump is the worst, because he captured Patrice Ayme!

Well, yes, what about the money you, my big time university tenured professor friend, get from China? Would it not be better to get it from the USA? This is not a rare case. The head of the Chemistry department in Harvard was arrested for getting secret money from China (although he was also funded by the US government).

I have seen a university professor, another one, also a friend, from the most prestigious public university in the world, make a business model of the strangest sort. He set up a company exporting to China the result of the scientific research of said university, in exchange for start-up funding. When an in house lawyer called the attention of the CEO that this seemed unlawful, the legal division was summarily closed. The Chinese keep on providing him with dozens of millions: they have set up a mirror company in China which is industrially producing the robots my big time university tenured professor friend driving a Porsche, supplies the know-how for.

When Trump tried to restrict this sort of activity, he was called a racist, and Biden declared he would revert Trump’s decisions.

The details are arcane to me at this point. However one thing is sure: the deindustrialization of the West has to be stopped, and reversed. Deindustrialization the West hurts everybody: the West, the poor, the ecology, the planet, and even China. Why does Western deindustrialization hurt the planet? Because the solutions out of the unprecedented ecological crisis we suffer, and the biosphere suffers, are scientific and technological, they are not just political and behavioral. Why does Western deindustrialization hurt China? Because China knows the preceding, and wants to forge ahead in its capacity to muster nature, as it has done for 5,000 years. Western know-how has helped China for 5,000 years, and China knows that should be a technological conversation which can only help.

Iraqi Lives Don’t Matter, oil is all what matters?

A question that will be asked to many people for a very long time is this: what were you thinking, what were you feeling when you voted for someone who conspired to kill millions in Iraq, so that Wall Street could invest in fracking? Were you saying, to yourself or others: Iraqi Lives Don’t Matter, oil is all what matters? What were you saying to yourself? That you were just like all those who stood by when the Native Americans got slaughtered? And that you didn’t care?

Of course, you were not like them! You were not like those who stood by as the Native Americans got slaughtered. When the Native Americans got slaughtered, from the deliberate policy of their government, most US citizens were not voting, or not informed, and were not consulted. But in 2020, their descendants were consulted: do you approve enough of the conspiracy to destroy Iraq to elect one of its chief conspirators? If you voted yes, what does that say about you?
