Created in 2018, Old School is a nonprofit hub that focuses on raising awareness about ageism and providing free educational resources to help dismantle it. The organization curates, commissions, and disseminates articles, reports, toolkits, and learning materials related to age bias. It aims to build a global movement by connecting age advocates and supporting cross-movement collaboration, recognizing the intersectional nature of aging and other social-justice issues.

Key activities include:

  • Runs a volunteer working-group called Hubsters, through which individuals and organizations working on age-equity projects can collaborate.
  • Offers consulting, workshops, and speaking engagements for organizations and communities to address ageism in daily life and institutional settings.
  • Hosts “Office Hours” for ageism advocacy and peer connection.
