Learning Agents is an educational technology company created in 2000 to connect people with skills and careers through educational technologies. The company provides services through CanCred, as well as consulting, training, and production, by developing eLearning content for humanitarian and educational clients, using video and Storyline.

The signature service, CanCred by Learning Agents, was launched in 2016 to bring Open Badge Factory (OBF) technology to Canada, for Canadians by Canadians. Canada's Open Badges technology is based on the Finnish OBF system with servers housed in Canada, and is certified by 1EdTech.

In summer 2021, the company partnered with Ibbaka Performance of Vancouver, Canada, to launch the GoFrameworks.io alignment hub. The project aligns microcredentials and other open badges to key skill and competency frameworks used by educators and employers, along with other important frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

GoFrameworks.io includs five frameworks:
