@richardmuscat I'm still thinking the link should go somewhere else because right now the link goes to a screen where user can choose a site. |

Is it ever possible that this.props.plans will be blank? I'm thinking for old Jetpacks that have never gone though the new connection flow which forces you to choose a plan.

This is handled in the parent plans/index.jsx and plans prop will be empty if the reducer getSitePlan in state/site returns an empty object, which is what it returns as default when there is no data plan.
That said I've added a default and set the prop type in 126bdcb

When site is in dev mode, there's a button 'Compare Plans' in Plans tab that goes to a blank page in wpcom.
