It's based in the
stats_post_tableandstats_post_table_cellfunctions from wpcom but has some differences like using a dashicon instead of a png and going straight to WordPress.com instead of going to the stats screen in WP Admin.The linked stats icon will only be displayed for published posts. Otherwise
