The 'one-stop' mail service platform for inbound and outbound mail has been launched and operated at Tianjin Customs.
Tianjin, July 1 (Reporter Wang Junyan) The reporter learned from Tianjin Customs that starting from July 1, the 'one-stop' mail service platform for inbound and outbound mail has been officially promoted and operated in Tianjin, where postal users can complete the whole process of mail inquiry, supplementary declaration, tax payment, tax review, tax refund application, and return shipment application online through the platform.
"Your supplementary declaration information has been approved, and the customs has made the release decision for the mail. Please note to check it in person." Recently, Ms. Li Jia (pseudonym), a citizen of Tianjin, received a text message reminding her that she could enter the 'Mobile Customs' mobile Internet application to declare online through the 'one-stop' mail service platform.
"Under the patient guidance of the customs officers at Tianjin Post Customs, I uploaded the order and payment certificate related to the health products sent to me by my son from overseas to the 'one-stop' service platform for declaration, and received the platform notification within less than 5 minutes." said Ms. Li, the first person in Tianjin to successfully declare independently through the 'one-stop' mail service platform.

"We have drawn a 'service advance map' for over 100,000 postal users who pass through customs in Tianjin, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precise assistance and publicity for the customer service team." Director Ding Yixuan of the Comprehensive Business Department of Tianjin Post Customs introduced that postal users can log in to the 'one-stop' service platform using the mobile phone number registered on the mail delivery note to inquire about inbound and outbound mail, comprehensive tax rate of imported goods, policies, and use tax payment, tax refund application, and other 20 functions, which facilitates the international mail customs clearance for postal enterprises and postal users.
According to statistics, in the first half of this year, Tianjin Post Customs has cumulatively supervised and regulated over 140,000 inbound and outbound mail items.
