In the evening, trucks transporting pigs enter the first industrial park of Shuanghui in Luohe, Henan. After undergoing procedures such as slaughtering, meat ripening, and cutting, these fresh meat products can be seen by local consumers the next morning. In the slaughterhouse, Shuanghui has invested 5 billion yuan to introduce a number of leading digital and intelligent technologies to transform the slaughter and cutting production line, such as accurately identifying the identity information of each pig through an AI ID recognition system, dynamically adjusting the temperature in each area through a zoning intelligent temperature control system, and ensuring product quality to the maximum extent possible... In addition, it has also pioneered a white strip image grading system in China, which automatically determines the lean meat content, back fat thickness, and body quality of the white strip through high-definition image scanning combined with AI intelligent algorithms, and automatically grades it.

“After the intelligent transformation, from pig procurement, production and processing to logistics distribution, all related data in the industrial chain are automatically collected, uploaded, and calculated, and can be traced online and summarized in real-time. In the logistics process, Shuanghui has established a comprehensive standardized control system in many aspects such as cold chain transportation management, warehousing management, hygiene management, temperature control, timeliness control, and product receiving and dispatching. It has built a series of information systems such as intelligent vehicle management, intelligent dispatching, and safety collaboration, realizing ten full-process intelligent controls such as vehicle transportation location positioning, temperature tracking, driver monitoring, load sensing, business visibility, and intelligent dispatching. 24-hour, multi-dimensional monitoring ensures the quality and safety of Shuanghui's transported food.
