Taiyuan, July 2 (Reporter Yang Jing) On July 2, the reporter learned from the Taiyuan Customs that the Taiyuan Branch of the China Electronic Port Data Center has recently completed the acceptance work for the 'Guanyin-KEYTong' electronic port card agency points of the Construction Bank in Shuozhou City, Yangquan City, and Jiaxiang County, Lvliang City in Shanxi Province. This marks that the 'Guanyin-KEYTong' service has been fully implemented and covered in all 11 prefectures and cities in Shanxi Province.
Shanxi has formed a 'zero-distance' card-making system with the Taiyuan Branch of the China Electronic Port Data Center as the central control center, radiating to all cities and prefectures in Shanxi Province, and giving a 'speed-up' to the customs clearance for Shanxi's foreign trade enterprises.
The 'Guanyin-KEYTong' project is an important measure jointly launched by the customs and banks to create a new high ground for inland opening-up and optimize the port business environment. Through the 'one KEY, double certificates' technology, the customs electronic port key and the bank's digital certificate are integrated into a single medium 'shared shield'. Relying on the 'data center + bank branch', 'online review + offline card-making' multi-track parallel model, it breaks through the service barriers between the customs and banks, achieving 'one shield for double use'.
This service has achieved a breakthrough in all 11 prefectures and cities in Shanxi Province, allowing local foreign trade enterprises to handle card-making services 'without leaving their homes'. The original waiting time of two to three days has been shortened to less than one hour, saving labor, material, and time costs.
The Taiyuan Customs stated that the efficient customs clearance environment brought by 'Guanyin-KEYTong' will help enterprises expand their foreign trade market, attract more high-quality foreign trade resources, further enhance the level of foreign trade and economic development in Shanxi, and promote Shanxi's characteristic products to the world.
