Customs clearance efficiency upgraded again, Taiyuan Customs launched the 'one-stop' handling platform for inbound and outbound mail
Taiyuan, July 1st (Reporter Yang Jing) On July 1st, the 'one-stop' handling platform for inbound and outbound mail of the Taiyuan Customs was officially launched and put into operation. The customs mail clearance business 'online one-stop service' has realized one-touch access to international mail business handling, one-button matching of policy services, and one-stop resolution of public needs.
'Your supplementary declaration information has been reviewed, and you can make tax payments through the customs 'one-stop' handling platform.' That day, Zhang先生, a recipient from Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, completed the customs mail business procedures through the 'Handheld Customs' APP under the remote guidance of customs officers at Taiyuan Airport Customs, logging in to the 'one-stop' handling platform for inbound and outbound mail.
To facilitate the quick handling of customs clearance procedures by mail users, the Taiyuan Customs has promoted the construction of a smart customs and the application of an online handling platform for international mail business. It is learned that six platforms, including the 'One-stop Window' WeChat mini-program and the 'Handheld Customs' APP, all have a 'one-stop' mail handling area. Users can choose any entry to log in and complete the entire process of mail inquiry, supplementary declaration, tax payment, and other functions online for free, completing all handling procedures for inbound and outbound mail.
Before this, recipients had to submit the declaration materials to the corporate end first, and then pass them through the enterprise to the customs for review. Each mail required payment of corresponding agency customs declaration fees.

After the 'one-stop' platform for inbound and outbound mail was launched, it not only filled the gap in the online customs handling channel for international mail business, but also reduced the intermediary links between the mail users and customs, with highly simplified operational logic, a clear and intuitive interface, and the entire process is free of charge, providing more convenient customs clearance services for the recipients.
Tian Baozhen, the Customs Director of Taiyuan Airport, stated that the customs will take this mail 'one-stop' service platform launch as an opportunity, relying on the Fengqiao Experience Studio of 'One Road Post Me', to further enhance the public's experience and convenience of customs clearance.
