(hereinafter referred to as 'Harbin Railway Bureau Group') announced on July 1 that with the formal operation of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed rail Beijing-Shenyang section safety standard demonstration line, the shortest running time from Harbin West to Beijing Chaoyang has been reduced from 4 hours and 49 minutes to 4 hours and 35 minutes.

Starting from midnight on July 1, the Harbin Railway has introduced a new train operation schedule. This adjustment of the schedule further optimizes the supply of passenger and freight transportation products in response to market demand, adding 13.5 pairs of passenger trains, and increasing the frequency of high-speed rail operations in major cities within the province.
After the adjustment of the schedule, the Harbin Railway Bureau Group has a total of 284 scheduled passenger trains, including 160.5 pairs of EMUs, which will further improve the transportation capacity, service quality, and operational efficiency of railway passenger and freight transportation.
With the formal operation of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed rail Beijing-Shenyang section safety standard demonstration line on July 1, the overall efficiency of the high-speed rail network has been further released, and the transportation capacity and quality of high-speed rail transport to and from Beijing have achieved new improvements.

After the adjustment of the schedule, the number of trains in the Beijing Chaoyang direction has increased to 23 pairs.
At the same time, two EMU trains between Harbin and Beijing Chaoyang have introduced the high-speed rail pet transportation service, allowing cats and dogs to travel with their owners, solving the problem of long-distance pet transportation for passengers. The quality of catering services on high-speed trains continues to improve, providing passengers with a 'box of good food'.
