This is a scary looking squirrel Halloween decoration. He is gray, with a red eye, and pointy teeth with fake red blood dripping out of his mouth.

Here’s a scary movie song.

Hope you like it, as it’s pretty creepy! It may be clips from the movie, or just staged images, and pretty much shows all kinds of typical horror movie scenes. Well, it’s creepy and kind of funny at the same time.

This is a song I found of a YouTube video. I couldn’t really find out much about it, but I like it a lot.

It says it’s a parody of I think a movie called “The Grudge”, or a TV series?

The lyrics are on the video.

For real though, none of this scares me. I love scary things like this, and ghosts and all weird things. I have so many posts of this kind.

The only really scary things to me are … fish … any kind, real or not real, on TV or a book, just seeing one freaks me out.

And yes, I used to have fish in a fish bowl when I was a kid. But then it happened. The fish would jump way up out of the fish bowl, landing in the floor and flop around and open & close their mouths gasping, and the eyes would be staring … and I’d have to pick the squirmy things up and put them back in the bowl, but they’d jump out again.

Nightmares!!! I have them quite often about this. This is what scares me.

I’m a big fan of painted rocks. I like them, and I like painting them myself.

I’ve probably painted hundreds over the years, starting back in the early 1970s.

You can find a rock most anywhere you look, or you can buy bunches of them in craft stores, or gardening centers.

The paint I use is acrylic, which comes in all kinds of pretty colors, and dries fast. I usually try to seal with a clear coat, too.

I do these just for fun, but I also give them as gifts, and for the ongoing Kindness Rock fad that happens all over the world.

When I leave some rocks to be found, I put one of my labels on the back. It says:

I’ve painted rocks for all kinds of holidays, and/or also just a nice, funny, or uplifting message on them.

Sometimes I actually find a rock someone else has left around town. That’s always fun. I post it to the groups, and then re-hide it for someone else to find. 🙂

Over the weekend we went to the Science Spectrum. It is a fun place, which has lots of things to do and see. There are lots of interactive science related activities.We did see a reptile show, where the speaker showed us a chameleon, a boa constrictor, and a giant turtle. As we continued looking around, there were other turtles in their aquarium habitat. The first one is a giant snapping turtle. The fish were in an aquarium at a restaurant, but just to look at. I have a fish phobia, but managed to take a few photos.
