VISION
Four towers rise from a single vision: creating Gold Coast's most comprehensive mixed-use precinct. We approached this 1.13-hectare site knowing the scale demanded more than individual buildings—it required a new model for coastal urban living.

Our design weaves residential, commercial, hospitality and dining into one interconnected community. Each tower serves a distinct purpose while contributing to a larger urban story. This isn't about building height; it's about building depth of experience. Solution
SOLUTION
Our response centres on strategic positioning and thoughtful program distribution. Ground-level dining activates Seaview Avenue while commercial floors provide the workspace Broadbeach has been seeking. Above, residential levels capture those coveted ocean and hinterland views through carefully considered apartment layouts that maximize natural light and cross-ventilation.

The hotel component crowns the development, creating a destination point for the broader precinct. Throughout, amenity spaces encourage community interaction—from the lagoon pool to the golf simulator, each element serves the vision of vertical neighbourhood living. Every detail serves the bigger picture: how we live, work and gather in a coastal city. The Landmark establishes new expectations for what mixed-use development can achieve when vision meets precision.
