VISION
We spent three years refining the idea behind Lagoon. No rush, no ego. Just steady, creative work between Drew Group and us, imagining something different for Main Beach. The brief evolved. So did we. This wasn’t about replicating a resort—this was about reinventing how it could feel to live in one.
SOLUTION
The site stretches the length of almost an entire block. Two towers—Sunrise and Sunset—rise with confidence, shaped by the lines of the coast and the logic of the land. Everything’s considered: views from every apartment, the rhythm of light and wind, the public edges and private moments. We used the gaps between buildings as carefully as the buildings themselves.

At the centre, the lagoon pool anchors the place—relaxed, green, and human. Every amenity has a purpose, every detail earns its place. Lagoon feels simple. That’s the hardest thing to get right.
“Good design doesn’t need to shout. It just needs to belong.”
