VISION
Northshore Hamilton spent decades as a working waterfront — wharves, warehouses, and a stretch of the Maiwar that Brisbane kept at arm's length. The bones of that era still shape how the precinct feels. Our brief was to build something worthy of what replaced them — generous riverside homes with the kind of architecture that settles in rather than shouts. The arched warehouse vernacular of the precinct told us where to start. What to do with it from there was the real work.
SOLUTION
The podium carries that industrial memory forward through arches that vary in scale and rhythm, creating a facade with genuine depth and enough give for landscaping to find its way in. Between the two towers, a pedestrian link threads through to Portside Wharf, returning the riverfront to exactly what it always wanted to be: somewhere people come to.
Brisbane's climate shaped the towers from the outside in, with blade facades and slab overhangs handling the sun so the interiors don't have to. The rooftop lap pool, sauna, gym and garden terraces sit above all of it — a wellness precinct with a river view that residents will measure every other morning against.

"There's a logic to it. Arches set the rhythm, blade facades handle the sun, the interiors get left alone to breathe. Each decision earns the next."
