Emirates Airline has opened its first international route at Shenzhen Airport
Shenzhen, July 1st (Suo Youwei, Liu Shaobin, Kiang Yingxuan) Emirates Airline officially opened the direct Shenzhen to Dubai route on July 1st, which is the first international route opened by Emirates Airline at Shenzhen Airport, facilitating the economic and cultural exchanges between Shenzhen and the Middle East.
Emirates Airline is the largest international airline in the Middle East, with Dubai as its global hub, providing air passenger services to passengers from six continents around the world, and is also the first Middle East airline to open a direct round-trip route between the Middle East and mainland China.

After the route is opened, the number of flights between Shenzhen and Dubai at Shenzhen Airport has increased from 4 flights per week to 11 flights per week, achieving 'a flight every day', providing a more efficient and convenient airway for the people of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area to travel to Dubai and transit to various parts of the world.
Emirates Airline introduced that the route operates one flight per day, with the inbound flight EK328 taking off from Dubai at 10:05 local time and arriving in Shenzhen at 22:00 Beijing time. The outbound flight EK329 takes off from Shenzhen at 23:55 Beijing time and arrives in Dubai at 03:40 the next day local time.
It is worth mentioning that Emirates Airline is using the updated Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to operate this route.

In terms of international and regional routes, in addition to the daily increase of the Shenzhen-Dubai route, Shenzhen Airport is expected to open new passenger routes to Male, Maldives, Siem Reap, Cambodia, and other destinations, and increase the frequency of international and regional passenger routes from Shenzhen to Phnom Penh and other destinations, further meeting the travel needs of summer Southeast Asia tourism. The number of international and regional passenger routes at Shenzhen Airport is expected to exceed 50.
