Ningde, July 2 (Huang Lingjie, Li Heying) July 1, the national railway adjusted the schedule for the third quarter, and the Fuzhou Sub-Division of Nanchang Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. of the National Railway managed the Qizhen-Ning railway opened the first "Green Giant" CR400AF high-speed train between Fuzhou, Fujian to Quzhou, Zhejiang, further promoting the economic and cultural tourism industry development along the mountain city areas in northern Fujian.

Ningde Railway Station said that the train stops at stations along the route such as Ningde, Zhouning, and Pinnan. Because the EMU train is painted mainly in green with yellow strips, it is affectionately called the 'Green Giant' and named after 'Zhouning Youyu'.

On that day, as the first 'Zhouning Youyu' EMU train slowly entered Zhouning Station, it marked that Zhouning County officially entered the 'EMU era', significantly improving the accessibility of Zhouning, and also paved the way for convenient access for tourists from Fujian Province and neighboring provinces such as Zhejiang and Jiangxi, especially for those seeking summer resort destinations.

It is reported that the newly opened D158/9 and D160/57 trains can reach a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour. Compared with traditional express trains, they have the advantages of faster speed and greater comfort and are known as 'high-speed trains' among express trains. According to calculations, traveling on the 'Zhouning Youyu' EMU train from Fuzhou to Zhouning saves 48 minutes compared to the original K804 train, and about 30 minutes compared to the original road traffic.

The air in Zhouning is fresh, the water quality is excellent, and the summer temperature is pleasant, making it an ideal summer resort. Lin女士, a tourist from Fuzhou, said, 'In these years, I have brought my parents here for two or three months every summer vacation. Now, with the 'Zhouning Youyu' train, it takes only one and a half hours to get here, much faster than before. The train environment is comfortable, and the journey is very pleasant.'

Compared to the previous trains, the current ones are faster and more comfortable, which will bring better experiences to the vast majority of tourists and promote the rapid development of Zhouning's summer resort tourism.
