This PR refactors the ModuleTask implementation by renaming the load_source_without_cache method to simply load_source. The "without_cache" suffix was misleading since there is no cached variant of this method to contrast with. The module loader's cache tracks module visitation state, not source code content, so every source load is always fresh from disk or plugins.
