The plugin is now fully translated on WordPress.org: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/sk/default/wp-plugins/jetpack We can consequently rely on core's language packs to serve translations instead of using our own .mo file. Reported here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/slovak-translation-8/
