FOWC – Shop

For Fandango’s challenge:

FOWC With Fandango — Shop

***

I don’t get out to do shopping any more, but I do have silly dreams about shopping quite a lot.

Here’s one from this morning:

October 30th

Shopping in a store like Ross maybe. I was looking at a circular rack of pants, like blue jeans but they were all white, and they were lots of them all jammed in tight. Then there were more on a straight rack to the other side, then some men’s shirts and things. On a little shelf there were short pieces of cloths in different colors and I wondered what they were for. Then I saw it was for a hair accessory, and I said oh, to put over a hair bun! I said I’d get a couple . yellow and lime green. Then I went back to the white pants trying to find a size but there were no tags. I saw coming down the aisle the owner or manager talking to some other men in suits so thought I’d ask where to find the sizes and price tags, but just as I did I saw on the hangers were little plastic bead things that told the sizes and prices, so I just said never mind. The biggest I saw was 38 size and I figured I might want a bigger one but couldn’t find one.

Dreams are so silly sometimes, aren’t they! 🙂

Odd Poem October – Skulls

***

SKULLS

Skulls are awesome

Skulls are cool

If you didn’t have one

Your brains would pool…

Skulls with jewels

Skulls with flowers

Skulls give meaning to sacred powers

Skulls underneath

Your skin of flesh

Your mind encased

To keep it fresh…

No skull to hold

Your brain inside

Nowhere for all

Your thoughts to hide…

Oozing goo all down your neck,

I’m telling you now,

You’d look a wreck…

So skulls are useful

Skulls are good

Would you want to see yours,

If you could?

Esther’s Writing Prompt – Kind

Writing Prompts

***

So I made up this limerick because I have all these mentions and photos of the word prompt, ‘kind’, and I’m not in the mood to check every one to see if I wrote something interesting about this word. Lots of them are just  photos! We had a challenge  once and the monthly word was ‘kind’, and it was a photo challenge! haha So I made up a limerick for my dilemma.

🤣🤣🤣

One hundred nineteen mentions of ‘kind

This has put me into a bind

So many a blog post

And now I am toast

It feels like deja vu in my mind!
