Implements a suggestion fixer for the eslint/no-case-declarations rule so violations can be corrected by wrapping a case clause body in {}. This aligns the rule with ESLint’s “suggestion” capability and updates test cases accordingly.
Changes:
- Mark
NoCaseDeclarationsassuggestion(instead ofpending) and add a suggestion fixer that wraps the case consequent in braces. - Route existing diagnostics (function/class/lexical var declarations) through the new suggestion reporter.
- Update rule tests to remove
Noneoptions and addexpect_fixcases for the new suggestion.
Merging this PR will not alter performance
