Fixes eslint(no-unused-vars) false positives on dotted/nested TypeScript namespace declarations (e.g. export namespace editor.multiplayer {}), aligning behavior with @typescript-eslint/no-unused-vars and closing #21405.
Changes:
- Update
no-unused-varsTS namespace allowance logic to treat dotted namespace segments as non-reportable. - Add/enable regression tests covering dotted namespace declarations and ensure non-dotted nested namespaces still report unused declarations.
- Update snapshots to reflect the new/adjusted namespace test expectations.
