Avoid symlink-only skills paths on Windows

This turns .cursor/skills (and .codex/skills) into a Git symlink. On Windows or any checkout with core.symlinks=false (a common default), Git materializes the link as a plain text file containing ../.agents, so tools that expect a directory of skills will not find anything and the skills effectively disappear. Consider keeping a real directory (or a platform-appropriate fallback like junctions/copies) to avoid breaking Windows users.
