🔀 Description of Change

Fix TypewriterEffect components not refreshing when language changes.

When users switch languages, the TypewriterEffect components (used in onboarding, welcome screens, etc.) were not re-rendering with the new translated text. This PR adds a key={locale} prop to force React to remount the component when the locale changes, ensuring the typewriter animation displays the correct language.
