When a new release tag is created but the update manifest files (e.g., latest-mac.yml, stable.yml) haven't been uploaded yet, the updater would show an error to users. This PR gracefully handles this edge case:

Added isMissingUpdateManifestError helper to detect manifest 404 errors
Treat missing manifest as "no update available" during the gap period instead of showing an error
Also fixed sidebar header margin for desktop layout
