In almost all cases of a citation, there will be two violation notices distributed to the home owner explaining the violation and then a grace period allowing the owner to resolve the violation(s).

Residents 60+ years of age are eligible to receive a 10% discount on refuse portion of their quarterly refuse and water bill. The individual on file must be the head of the household or the account holder. Along with the application form (link below), we will need a copy of the account holder's drivers license, or any identification, that has the birthdate and proof of address.

Bexley is full of animal lovers and has an active population of pet owners. However, Bexley law requires (Chapter 618 of Bexley City Code) that dog owners keep their dogs on leash at all times while walking. Also, dog owners are prohibited from allowing their dogs to run at large upon public property or on others' property. Please pick up after your dog while walking. Note: No dogs, leashed or unleashed, are permitted at Bexley parks, including Jeffrey Mansion.
