Workshop Software lets you create email templates through your account settings. Adjusting this setting ensures your workflow matches the way your workshop operates. The change takes effect immediately once saved. Follow the steps below to update this setting.
Workshop Software allows you to create templates for the various emails you can send out of the software so that you don’t need to type them each time you send the email.
Templates can be created for the emails sent with a customer invoice, customer statements, supplier stock orders or a general email to your customers.
1. Click on ‘Settings’ from the menu options down the left hand side of your screen and then click on ‘Messages’;
2. Scroll down the page to ‘Email Messages’ and enter any messages you want to automatically populate when emailing, once you have entered the messages click on the green ‘ button at the bottom of the page;
