WEBCON 2026:
What's New?

Strategic Advancement of Artificial Intelligence

We leverage AI where it truly makes a difference – delivering real, measurable value.

UI and UX Enhancements

WEBCON 2026 continues to evolve, drawing on the best design standards and market trends – both visually and functionally.

A New Level of Transparency

The new related elements feature is especially useful in environments with multiple interdependent processes. You can now instantly view all items connected to the case you’re currently working on.

Revamped Mobile Apps

Our mobile applications are now even more intuitive. We’ve added gesture support and redesigned the menu layout for easier navigation.

Portal Experience Improvements

Designing dashboards is now faster and more convenient – widget text can be edited directly within the tile, with changes visible in real time.

Significant Backend Advancements

Enhanced Service Architecture
Greater Personalization
Efficient System Diagnostics

Enhanced Service Architecture

WEBCON 2026 also introduces a new service architecture that handles processes more efficiently and simplifies component management across the platform.

The service has been divided into three specialized modules:

  1. Bootstrapper – responsible for managing modules, schedules and service windows.
  2. Module Runner – performs tasks such as path transitions, timers, cycles and OCR operations.
  3. Service – supports all other mechanisms.

This new architecture standardizes how platform mechanisms operate – both within the service and the portal.

Greater Personalization

In WEBCON 2026, we’re expanding the capabilities of the external SDK control. The key improvements include:

  • full authentication and authorization,
  • easy integration with the platform via the User Defined API,
  • hosting controls directly within the environment.

Thanks to external SDK control and User Defined API, users can easily create custom form fields – a simple yet powerful way to extend the system and tailor it to their organization’s unique needs.

Efficient System Diagnostics

A new structured logging mechanism (compliant with Microsoft standards) enables centralized configuration and management of logging levels across individual components.

Thanks to full compatibility with OpenTelemetry, logs can now be analyzed in popular monitoring tools – greatly improving diagnostics and real-time system health monitoring.
