WEBCON Academy is our new course offer – expanded and structured to provide participants with the comprehensive knowledge and key skills necessary to implement the platform and configure processes in WEBCON Designer Studio. The training courses are run solely by WEBCON experts, based on our best implementation practices. In WEBCON Academy, you can choose from several Training Tracks and additional courses:

Certification path
Courses C00 and C1A create the Implementation Analyst certification path, while courses C00 and C1B create the System Specialist certification path. Before participating in courses C1A, C1B, S01, S02, and S03, one must first complete course C00. Detailed information about courses has been listed in the ‘WEBCON Academy courses’ section.
You are free to choose any courses from the WEBCON Academy offer and complete them in any order. If you need to quickly and effectively train a person who has no prior experience with WEBCON , or your goal is to become an officially certified WEBCON specialist, we offer two training paths (specializations).
Both paths include a basic and advanced course segment, which involves working on a practical implementation project. Participants will have access to trainers and will be able to consult their ideas. The paths end with a certification exam, and the participants’ work is evaluated – successful completion of the course is equivalent with gaining the WEBCON Certified Professional accomplishment.
Note: The certificate is valid for 2 years. After this period, it must be renewed by attending a recertification course.

What are the defining features of WEBCON Academy?
- Courses are carried out in the form of lectures, workshops, and supervised work exercises. Each aspect was designed to convey knowledge and best practices in a way that would allow participants to begin using their new skills immediately after completing the course.
- The training program includes basic and advanced trainings – each course was prepared to teach not only how different elements of the platform work, but also when and why it is beneficial to use certain features and what to avoid.
- Advanced training is held by trainers with years of experience working in implementation and technical assistance departments at WEBCON.
Basics of building applications
You will learn the basics of configuring business processes in WEBCON Designer Studio. You will also find out how document workflows work and how to configure manager desktops and reports, as well as how to build business rules and flexible document forms.

How to sign up
If you want to participate in a training:
- Send us an enquiry:
- fill in the form available on our website or
- send an e-mail to trainings@webcon.com or
- contact WEBCON’s representative.
- WEBCON’s representative will contact you in order to discuss the terms and conditions of the training.
- After agreeing on the conditions and date of the training, WEBCON’s representative will send you the completed order form by email.
- An order form should be signed by a person authorized to represent the Client and sent back to us at least 15 days before the beginning of the particular training. After receiving the confirmation from WEBCON that the training is available, the agreement, as per the Terms and Conditions, will become valid.
- Please send us a list of participants at least 7 days before the training. The corresponding form can be downloaded from our website or sent to you by e-mail. Changes to the list of participants are possible up to 3 days before the training.
- You are entitled to resign from the training free of charge no later than 15 days before the start of the course. For later cancellations or absences, the full course fee will be charged.
- Trainings are conducted remotely. No later than 1 day before the beginning of the training the participant will receive information materials, connections, logins and passwords to the training environments.
- The participant is obliged to check the connection to the training environment one day before the beginning of the training. Any problems should be reported the day before the start of the training, using the address indicated in the information materials.
- Some trainings require skills and competences without which participation in a course may be difficult or impossible. Please, check the description of the training at our website before registering.
